I'm starting to grow fond of the Asari Duelist. Need to level her up. Some extra cards would also be nice although not really that necessary to still have fun. The Asari Adept is very nice, I respecced her yesterday but haven't really played her since. But I liked her more in the beginning when not almost everyone was playing her...

Don't have the Krogan Mercenary, Salarian Architect or any of the UR characters yet, but so far I'm enjoying the biotics based classes the most. I have a preference for the Asari Adept, Human Adept and Human Vanguard. Most time played is on the Human Adept so far (going by character level), but the Asari Adept is pretty fun with how she leaves a trail of destruction in her wake, like a tornado.

I'm loving the animations of the Human Sentinel's barricades -- blocking off choke points and watching the AI's frustration (so good on hacks, devices, & revives) Not my biggest big scorer, though so may have to play it less, in the hectic pace for score glory.

Mostly Asari Adept as she is one of the kits where you can test different ( trash ) weapons and not feel like a gimp.
Salarien Operator is also quite fun and very hard to take down.
Lastly Turian Soldier when i just want to daka daka whit the Soned ....

Has to be the human vanguards for me, hands down. I levelled both to 20 and experimented with different builds and had a ton of fun with the class.

Human (Female) Adept at the moment. Pull can be such a fun power to use, and somehow I love the animation when you detonate your Singularity to finish off a couple of mooks.
Not that it's necessarily easy to finish off anything with it.
