In no particular order, here are some things I have noticed which make the game "feel buggy", to varying degrees:
(*) Can't shoot: Sometimes when I try to fire my weapon, nothing happens (I think this is because I am clicking too fast after the previous shot (Edit: but it also happens for other reasons) - I have encountered this in many games, but I never know if it's a hardware problem or if it is how the game works)
(*) Can't reload: Sometimes when I try to reload my weapon, I get the sound effect but the weapon never reloads (apparently, they have not yet implemented a sound or visual effect for cancelling a reload - or, if they did, it has been too subtle for me to notice, so far)
(*) Teleporting enemies: Invisible enemies get some visual effect indicating that their invisibility is intentional. And the "ascendant" blinks short distances frequently enough that you eventually realize that that is how he works (though I wonder if that was originally a bug that no one had time to fix). But when you are dead and you are watching someone else and suddenly a fiend appears behind them which was not there a frame previously? That totally makes the game seem buggy. If that was intentional, I think that there would be visual effects and not just "not there, and then there".
(*) Can't move: jumping and hoping over things seems inconsistent. Sometimes you can make a jump, sometimes you can't. The difference between these does not seem to be described anywhere. Sometimes even small obstacles (1/6 the height of a normal jump) seem insurmountable. Often when moving you are jerked back a bit for no apparent reason (probably network lag combined with how the game has implemented network support, but there's little or no supporting evidence for that, either).
I have a few other thoughts lurking, but maybe they will crystallize later...

Movement is horrible. Someone said movement was nice and smooth. Well for some reason, I always feel like I'm trying to run waist deep in water. If I'm going in the direction I want to go.
And then there's jumping..

I am pretty sure that that "trying to run waist deep in water" is because of how this game handles network lag - often it is not like that, and sometimes it is much worse than that.
But I remembered another issue:
(*) Random key assignments: sometimes in the lobby, "V" has been "inspect squad". Other times, "V" has been the vote-to-kick player option.

I accidentally put a few vote kicks on people before I caught on. Oops.

Getting grabbed by those damn stupid dogs, hitting the 'E' key like a madman, only to realise yet again and again that I should have been hitting the 'F' key instead...
Or doesn't that count as a bug?

Or doesn't that count as a bug? They changed it from "E" to your melee hotkey in the last patch, so not really a bug. I want to bind it back to "E", though, but I don't know how or if I even can...
