Seems like we're expected to play 1000 hours before having an appreciable effect on cooldowns, maybe 2000 hours for the others.

I can't see it taking that long, only got like 22 hours played and I have Max Health% close to rank 2, which I know it ain't much but that's a rank every 10-12 hours. HOWEVER(Don't really pay attention to the exact numbers just know its in the millions) I'm fairly certain you need more experience every rank so it probably take forever once you get past rank 5 or 6. |

As othera have stated the bonus is so small I play the kit I feel like on the given evening and when it levels up it does, personally not focused on any one

How do I even choose what to focus on? Didn't realize I could do that... Its dependent on the class you play. Think its something like Vangaurds = Max Health Engineers = Power Recharge Sentinel = Max Shields Infiltrator = Health Regen Delay Soldier = Shield Regen Delay All increase by 1% per rank |

Not focusing on any... but cool down probably is most desired.
Engineer class was my favorite in ME3MP, but in MEAMP I find a lot of engineer characters just uninteresting and underwhelming.

None in particular, I am not partial to any of the classes that have cooldown reduction but if there were it would be that one.
