What Multiplayer Skills are not in Singleplayer?

There is an "omnigrenade" in single player for soldiers (combat type power), which is basically a frag grenade.
One character has a "Power armor" (very much like the sentinel armor). The Power Armor lasts for 10 seconds and can reload a Turbocharge power (I'm guessing that's what they're going for for the next MP turian: Power Armor+Turbocharge).
Finally, a character has "Havoc Strike", which is reminiscent of what existed in ME3.

edit: hmm, took the question backward. Only passives (and the omnigrenade/frag grenade) are different.
