I stumbled upon the Operation Anchorage DLC for FO3 by accident on my way to another quest location. I knew it was a shooting sim but I thought it could still be fun.
It wasn't.
At least I got a gauss rifle as a reward for my energy weapon character. That's nice. But that wasn't the most enjoyable evening. Terrible DLC.

I smooched with Anomen. Damn he is smooth! Oh and killed a few orcs here and some shadows over there, then I kicked some mindflayer butt in the sewers, smooched with Anomen again. Now I am about to poke some beholder eyes.

By pure co-incidence, I also restarted DOS2 today! While Summoning was a fun tree in its way, it just wasn't a good complement to the other stuff I had in the party, and I found playing on Explorer difficulty rather unsatisfying. I restarted with my undead as an Inquisitor instead, and that's working much better so far. I also made Ifan a Ranger instead of a Wayfarer, just so someone still had access to Haste and Peace of Mind.(It will also let him throw traps later!) I will try my best to keep the cat alive this time. Still no room on my main's build for Pet Pal. Oh well, maybe I'll play a Conjurer again next run with a party that's more balanced for it and meet Sir Lora properly then ... Are you going to pick up Fane? I find his bony fingers useful in thievery; saves hauling lockpicks around, so I chose him again. Besides, he's a major component in the story because of what he is.

I bought Hearts of Iron 4 and Stellaris.
The last few days have been in the name of trying to avoid the Munich Diktat as Czechoslovakia (and failing terribly, sorry Yugo and Romania) and expanding into the stars as a proud Mandalorian...

SWTOR: I have transferred my main character Janei from Tulak Hord to Star Forge and played the Ziost storyline with her. Next is KOTFE. I missed playing with her. I have also found a guild that takes in casual players like me. It's mainly pvp, but the people are nice - and I really like pvp sometimes

It's a brutal weapon in Crysis but I googled it and its a real thing. I never knew!!!!

Well shucks, I lost another four legs. Er, six legs. Sir Lora. It's so hard to keep track of the things running around your feet. Did a search and found it's very hard to keep him alive. His ghost will still follow the protag though so that's not too bad.

I did my first run with Fane, Beast and Sebille so this time I'm taking Lohse, Ifan and the Red Prince. Luckily my main character has bony fingers .
Ser Lora died somewhere in Fort Joy, but I finally got the cat out of there! Nearly done with the island again, just need to deal with the witch/dragon situation and the Gargoyle's Maze.

You'll get a free war cookie later. Hey, I'm playing definitely good USA, and definitely not meddling in half the South America's affairs. Nope. Those uprisings you'll see in the next few months? Tooootally not caused by anyone even remotely related to the US. The US Divisions swooping in to save the day when it happens? Tooooootally not being in preparation for this precise thing since 1936. But hey, the world needs a little

Still stuck in WoW Battle for Azeroth. Warfront opened, so to complete my transmog set quicker, I decided to level my other plate character, death knigh. Before that, I got my rogue to lvl120 and changed her race to Worgen. After my rogue, I leveled death knigh, and since I wanted to take adventage of warfront rare hunting, I also got my hunter to 120. That means I have 3 more lvl110 to level thru Battle for Azeroth and I'll be done with my Legion max levels. Anyways, I managed to get two mounts (of course the ones I like the least) from warfront, a few gear piece and shitton of toys. I'm still visiting Allods daily for daily rewards, hoping to get Core Morpher. It allows to change class and race of your character and I really, really regret not making my character Priden. I really want her to be this cute Ah, and since I have 4 max levels in WoW, I started farming Legion transmog as well. When I run those tmog raids, I tend to do that in smaller window, so I can watch YouTube as well. Since Spider-Man came out, it became my go-to thing to watch. I thought nothing could outdo new God of War in making me salty over not having PS4 (the only game till now that managed that), but this game is really close to doing that. Really great to watch and probably even better to play. Did my first Nephalem Rift in Diablo 3. I was thinking I needed to reach lvl 70 before I could do any since that was all I could see when pulling up the interface, but that's only for higher level ones, I guess. The enemies in the first level were.....interesting, to say the least: Cuddle Bears and Unicorns. Yeah, Greater Rifts are for 70s only. Cuddle Bears and Unicorns... no better way to start Rifting

Mission: Steal a highly valuable and famous car from a film set. It's unique, contains a sophisticated AI and has a spiffy paint job. Get it back to base unscratched. 8 attempts, 2 sinkings and a few gunshot wounds to the head later... Nailed it.

Soooooooo. Been doing a lot on Farcry. I finally got through that stupid session that I was having trouble with and then I killed Jacob where the game was doing yet another bit of bull crap. He was standing on top of a mountain, shot him, but yet he would go into the mode where he is dying but not dead...but he was not loosing any of the meter, and then he'd seemingly get up and heal himself. So I had to get him at point blank range, but I got it. After that I absolutely ripped through his base without dying even once, I half wonder if the designers didn't do this intentionally. But even the heavies I pretty much just fire arrowed. The closest call was when I went around a corner and nearly got killed by a heavy flamethrower, but me and Pratt were on the other side of him so we just basically shot him back and forth and I didn't hit the gas tank.
So now I am off to the Faith zone. Cleared out an outpost afterwards the Peggies attacked when I triggered a mission but I held them off with my bow, Hurk's rockets, and then some air support. Thheeen on another outpost (hell maybe even the same outpost actually) I was sniping around and I pressed a trigger on the guy and at the last second Jess stepped in the way of the bullet...but it still killed the bad guy. So it went through a body at point blank range and still managed to kill someone way dooowwwn range.

So I've been playing Elex recently. And I thought the game was going to be awful, just based on the reviews. But the game is actually surprisingly good. The combat is bad, no getting around it. Its not good. But the story, while simple, is told well. The voice acting is good, and you get alot of it through drips here and there. On top of that, the world design is very interesting. You are def left wondering what happened in a few of the areas.
I want the glowy scifi tech/outfits, so I'm joining the clerics. But there is no combat style that isn't valid in this game. The stone age guys can, and will, wreck your day if your not careful. And the outlaws, are so strong against the laser beams, they're kinda more scary then most of the wild life. And that wild life, is actually varied and interesting. Though, again, the combat is not great.
Still though, I can easily recommend this game to play to anyone looking for an action-RPG, set in a completely unique (so far as I'm aware that is) universe.

I n FO3 I found a playboy mansion and convinced one of the bunnies to leave the old creeper. She asked me to take her to Rivet City. Nice girl that Dorothy is she agreed to do it. Problem was Dorothy was as usual hauling too much junk around. Since she's a total wimp with 170 carry weight she never gets far. So she's basically drunk 24/7 for +10 carry weight and also high on all kinds of chems...
So we made a detour to her Megaton apartment to unload, which led to this awkward moment: It's not what you think, Wadsworth! So then we set out on our looong journey to Rivet City. Five minutes in Dorothy was gulping down whiskey and beer again at an alarming rate... So a drunk buffout junkie and a hooker on the road. Fun! The poor girl actually survived the trip. That was surprising! So all is well! The treasure hunter girl I teamed up with from before kept dying so often that after reloading five times to save her ass I decided she was too stupid to live, so I looted her body and ran...
Good thing Dorothy can detox at her own rehab station for free. So EVERYTHING IS FINE. Then a couple of days later, totally by accident I found the wasteland tree hugger society and proceeded to kill their god.
Funny guy he was! And he wanted to die, so I did him a favor. No, really!

Another Patriots roster cut IRL coupled with me being too tired to play Farcry 5 meant another game of football and making that roster cut on my own...so long Riley McCarron we hardly knew ye. On another pre game note though I finally went looking for, and found, the substitution settings for my teams when not in a franchise. Basically in football teams can take out and rest their players if they get worn out and then put them back in when they get caught up, probably doing a horrible job of explaining it but there we go, and the point is since I think the Patriots have good enough reciever depth (at least in Madden 18) that I can afford to substitute my people to keep them healthy...but more on that in a second.
So for the game it was Patriots @ the Tenessee Titans. Good tight game with another fourth quarter comeback at the end. However it wasn't that much of a defecit my defense did hold up nicely towards the end but I was down 34-31 in the fourth. The Titans secondary started playing better so I had to settle for Field Goals on back to back drives. Making it 37-34. The scary moment of the game came when I was deep in Tenessee territory and I had Hogan and Mathew Slater of all people out wide. Now if you know football and know the Patriots in particular you would know how bad a situation I was in. So, I panicked and threw a pick in the back of the endzone, intended for Hogan. On my final drive of the game on Fourth and Goal from I think the one I hit Cooks in the endzone which made it 44-34, and sealed the victory. Brady had a 115 Passer rating and hit eleven different recievers, both Edelman and Cooks had 100+ yards recieving.

Jumping into the tombs! I didn't watch any gameplay so I'm going into it blind. Game started with black screen and noises so I started guessing what's going to pop out ; * she jumps into water from something * she jumps out of an exploding cavern * she drives a vehicle and is being chased * she's running and something is going to roll on her When the images appear, I went..oh, I was close. Wheeeeee...!

Ok, it's like I hoped. Lara started out with more equipment and more abilities rather than she had in the previous games. She's got a knife, the weapons and she's able to do the rope arrow right off though I've to say I'm annoyed she has no lockpicks. She can rappel and run along the walls. The graphics is fine but I thought the sounds are a bit loud. When she's crawling hand over hand along the rope, it sounds like she's slapping something. When she shoots an arrow, the impact is a bang than a thud. Swimming is pretty good that she's able to hold her breath for a reasonable period of time and since players ask for swimming, there're now stuff to find underwater. And of course I have to miss one item for the first challenge and I couldn't open a treasure box because no LP. sheessh. Yikes! Jaguars!
