So I decided to continue on with my Patriots season as Tom Brady and well so far things are going pretty great in it. I am having quite a blast with it actually.
First game was against the New Orleans Saints. It actually turned into a little bit of a 'pitching duel' as both teams really didn't do much on offense. This is where my inability to decide to go for it on fourth down sort of had a negative impact as I probably would have tried to go for it a couple of times, however whether or not I would have made it is another matter entirely. But then in the fourth quarter things heated up as me and the Saints put up a combined 46 points...which is quite insane. I ended up winning though like...45-35...somewhere in there? Brady threw for 450 yards and five touch downs.
Game 2 was against the Houston Texans. Started off really slow. At one point the Texans were leading 21-6. By half time I made it 21-16 and then they made it 24-16. Just couldn't get my running game going, at all. But then Brady came through in the fourth quarter and the defense found its core as the game finished 52-24, Deshaun Watson was intercepted 3 times, Brady finished with 472 yards and 6 touchdowns. But Edelman was hit with an abdominal tear, is going to be out four weeks.

I finally got my witch doctor to level 70 so now I'm off to tackle my first "greater rift" in Diablo 3. Hope I get some good enemies for a change. Other than the first one, all the other rifts I've conquered were regular enemies. I want to fight unicorns and teddy bears, dammit!

This day in Mystic Messenger:
I finally got on Ray's Route. It required an egregious amount of blind gullible trust on my character's part, but I got there. I assumed I could then finally drop the stupid act, having now found out that my character had been betrayed by someone she trusted but--- I'm starting to be worried that the game is railroading me into drinking the Kool Aid of this cult. >_< ARGH.

Finished Shadow of the Tomb Raider. I enjoyed the ride. Lara turns back to living again. I'd expect her to get tied to the desk for a while, writing up papers, etc on her discoveries or maybe doing consultations. Her house looks fixed up and she has a butler again. I'm wondering if it's Watson though he should be rather old by now. As I expected, Jonah got himself a squeeze. Overall the pace is tighten, the zones (to me) are smaller with collectibles scattered within easy reach. The VA is good though interaction animation with NPCs is nothing to scream at. It doesn't kill immersion so I've no complaints. Game supports NG+ so the next PT will be a 100% run real easy. Just one image, won't be posting anything of the endings, rather spoilerific. I see dead people.

This was actually a few days ago, but I realized that my Fallout 4 Railroad run didn't count for achievements because I'd downloaded one or two mods, so I went back to a pre-modded save and played catch-up. Here's Agent Bullseye having just destroyed the Brotherhood of Steel's airship and more importantly, having relieved Elder Maxson's corpse of his very nice coat. Good times.

So my mad bombing and interceptions seems to be back for Madden. Contrary to my thoughts at the time I actually did manage to get two games in. First up against the Carolina Panthers. Brady managed to break an NFL record for most passing yards in a game with 557 (as a note I always seem to set this record in this game...its weird), but I also threw two interceptions. The interesting note on it though the screens were wild (its a term for a football play) but every time I threw a screen it broke big, or at least big for a screen. I think screens might be a good play for about an 8 yard gain...at the maximum...its the kind of play where you just throw the ball short trying to pick up a few yards but if it breaks big, it really can. I ran...a bunch of them against the Panthers and I think all of them got me 10 + yards. The biggest play was like a sixteen yarder with Cooks which broke to the endzone. Final score 45-38.
Second game against the Bucaneers. Brady threw for 507 yards, 5 touchdowns...and four interceptions. Still managed to put up forty points on them and I think they only got 23,shows you how bad their offense is.

The best post-mushrooms high you can have I got the Rainbow Goblin and Whimsydale portal once I was wondering what the heck was going on. But the loot the loooot! I haven't touched D III in a while. I don't really care for the loot grind. It's fun to play once in a blue moon though.

I'm putting SotTR NG+ aside for another day, I returned to DOS 2 DE and picked up where I left off. I'm trying very hard not to get Sir Lora killed so I observed him before and after every fight. I noticed he does get injured if he wanders too close to the edge of a oil / poison / fire pool so I made it a point to heal him. I think there was a glitch at one point where a limb was picked up and when Sebille ate it, the memories were talking about the Great Acorn but then, Sir Lora was jaunting around so that limb didn't belong to him. Talking to him revealed nothing so I've no idea whose limb that was. This is a very very explosive stack I made, approach at your own peril.

Well, still no unicorns or teddy bears to fight, but I did score in the goodies department. I got a piece of Tal'Rasha's set armor from the blood shard merchant. And, another surprise, Paragon levels carry over to other chars who aren't high enough level to earn them yet. I added some bonus points to my already OP wizard.

Finished the Garret twins quests. FISTO, hmmm... Did Honest Hearts. Still a crash happy POS regardless of the fixes I have installed. My character could feel her intelligence drop down being in the presence of so many uncivilized savages. In the end I let Joshua have righteous fury in executing the White Legs savage leader. No! Well maybe. No one is looking. Ah! The Burned Man, I presume? On top of paradise with some new equipment. My job is done. Time to GTFO.

I took a short break from Ethan Carter - that game is intense - and played a bit more Kingdom of Amalur. I still love the world and the concept, but the game is big. I only take selceted side quests at the moment, other wise I would loose orientation completely

So just managed to get in one game last night against the NYJs. They did manage to pick me off once but Brady still threw for over 400 yards and 4 Touchdowns, ended up putting up 31 points for a 31-17 victory. Gronk was the beast of the game with over 140 recieving yards on eight catches and I think he had a touchdown, glad to see I'm getting him involved in the passing game this time out.

Playing fallout. Lorth. My character. War veteran, he lost his wife, his son and everything else. Living in the commonwealth, in a ruthless way. Was physically affected by side effects of nuclear toxicity. Today, with Curie he visited a pretty farm, a jewel the lost countryside... After they killed some wild dogs. They make a good team. Swords and guns, what a beautiful combination. Also, Curie threatened to leave... Lorth very surprised and annoyed, convinced her to remain, promised her he would stop robbing people and would become a better man. He didn't want to lose her. She let him a second chance ... Not sure why he cared about her. He had Cait, his lover, closer to his philosophy of life after all. Is he falling in love with another woman ? , Actually a...robot stuck up in the body of a female human ? The total opposite when it comes to their values ? ( Damn, I lost almost all my affinity points with Curie for only one bad action, stealing an old dirty man. From 63% to 4%. A lot of hours wasted in a few seconds. Not funny. )

Started a hardcore* seasonal char in Diable 3. Male wizard this time. He has the same lines as the female but isn't nearly as sassy about it. Oh well. I'm still playing on normal mode (don't want to get too crazy) but starting at level 1 with a weaker character with no stash left behind by others was a bit tricky. Having good gear early on makes a difference. I actually had to kite some enemies while I was still a low level noob, which I haven't had to do at all before.
After 3 sets of bounties and 1 rift, I made it to level 24.
*Hardcore just means if you die, that's it - no re-loads or do-overs and all your inventory is lost. I assume stash remains though, since you may have other chars you want to share with?. It's the same difficulty as normal mode, with the same difficulty settings available. I haven't done much yet on hard, the next level up from normal, but I think I might start just to make leveling from 60 to 70 go faster.

Tonight I solved a murder mystery:
I also stopped a dad from killing his daughter:
Like what the fuck, dude. Didn't end well for them:
I also had a lot of fun after uncovering a traitor:
Right in the knackers.
Missed the finisher there.
She's a one woman killing machine. What a lot of fun that was. That bow can fire three shots off so quick.

Been playing Stardew Valley. Doing some testing. Could get Elliot to dance with the farmer at the first years flower dance. Didn't realize there are some extra points you can gain with him, so it wasn't nearly as much of a mission impossible that I imagined it would be. Also managed to get Abigail, Shane and Sam to accept dancing with another farmer on the first years flower dance. Was preeeettty close to get Sebastian to accept as well, but alas. But it made the event a whole less depressing to have some options. So a lot of dancing and a bit of farming. But mostly mining, because why farm when you can crawl down a hole.

I've been playing the FO3 DLC. The Pitt is a really nice story DLC. Not particularly long but looked pretty cool. Color scheme is TOTALLY the same as in the New Vegas DLC Lonesome Road: Got an interesting piece of armor for collecting steel ingots. The choice you have to make at the end didn't play out at all how I wanted. At first I almost reloaded, then I read how the other scenario plays out and I stuck with my ending. It's actually a nice example of a gray choice. Just sucks that you can only appreciate it if you've seen both play out. The obvious good choice isn't that good after all. Then I played Mothership Zeta which a lot of people don't seem to like. I thought it was AWESOME! OK, the endless alien massacre got a bit annoying towards the end. The ship seems like an endless labyrinth... and it's really just shooting like Operation Anchorage, only A LOT tougher. I ate something like 40 stimpaks. However, the setting was just hilarious. You receive super powerful weapons to play with. And the modded textures make the ship look super cool! Dorothy with a new hair style robbed of her clothes, fighting with an alien club at the beginning almost ended in her demise... But soon she got her hands on some real firepower like a massive cannon, muahaha: Currently playing Point Lookout which is also pretty nice. Especially with the modded vegetation and ENB that gives it a colorful surreal look. I'll post pictures later!
