This is Crab. I swear, it's named like that in game. Game, what are you smoking. Ehmn... Allods. Now I'm 99.9% sure I'm done with non-raid main story quests. So I went, and using reputation bonus that's currently up, I maxed some reputations that unlocked additional costumes. Plus I'm working on quests that unlocks Reincarnations of my character. I doubt I'll use it, but as always, there's an option? Need to unlock it.

Played some more AC-Odyssey and had a lot of fun i also have some observations that i like to share with you guys. 1. It's not so bad to be a pig in this game at least for quite a few that i saw they wander freely across the street doing some grocery shopping haha. ( joke of course ) It's to bad that it's not raining every day because then life would be perfect for the pigs because i know that they love their mud baths. 2. Thunder and lightning storms are absolutely amazing in this game it's to bad that those storms are way to short ... but nevertheless wooow. 3. There are some really hilarious moments in this game as well like a few posts back with that little oversexed old woman right dazk and vonuber haha. and this was also one hilarious moment i uh .. can actually confirm this uh ... see for yourself. 4. Another amazing thing in this game is that you can climb ^ almost everything in this game i think at least 95% give or take so no white ledges like in TR or GoW and there are more games out there with restricted ledges that you can climb ... in this game it's just jump up and grab ^ anything haha. LOL yeah the climbing is amazing and of course the picture opportunities are also great. Its funny over the course of the other games how unique each protagonist's climbing ability is. Kassandra and I assume Alexios seem better than Bayek was at it but I think Connor from AC3 was probably the best. He could climb just about anything. The thunder storms are amazing especially when you are at sea. I had one scare the life out of me in a forest at night time, was raining and then a flash of lightning and BANG out of nowhere. @patricia have you done Alkibiades quest to steal the Olisbos yet? That's a funny quest and funnier if you agree to sleep with him after you steal it. Those pigs really do strut around like they own the place.

How to get stuck in an inescapable animation loop: Death helps in this case. Luckily I have only had one of those for Kassandra but I have seen quite a few happen to NPC's. Yesterday I had a leader guy get stuck just going up and down a ladder repeatedly, so I just waited at the top and every time his head would get to the top I'd hit it LOL

Finished the main story in Teeth of Naros, then did a few more side quests (some weren't available until after the main quest was done). Once everything was in order there, I headed back to Gravehal Keep for some peace and quiet. Everyone on the mainland thinks the island is haunted so should be a good place to hide out for a well-deserved rest.

And finally finished DOOM II level 10. It actually took more than 1.5 hours. The next level was easier and more fun. But I really dislike level 12 (Factory)

And i haven't played AC3 yet but maybe i will. I have not seen a thunder storm at sea yet there was a storm once when i was at sea but no lightning and so no thunder i do wonder though if you get struck by lightning what will happen. No not yet and i will haha. Yes they really do look like they own the place. Luckily I have only had one of those for Kassandra but I have seen quite a few happen to NPC's. I was always trying to go up mountains and taking forever (and then usually finding a path once I was up on top). Yes true that would really come in handy if i would have had those climbing abilities in Skyrim because as far as i know in 90% of the quests there was a mountain blocking my way ( really frustrating at times ) and indeed when you were on top there was also a path.

Finished the main story in God Eater 2. I will never understand why idol style characters are so loved, expecially when all they do is being "so nice, so cute!" and sing. Badly. But aside that, cute game. Too much fancervice, but cute.
I'm noe playng Legend of Heroes:trails in the sky, and I'm liking it a lot. Estelle is a fun character (even if all this nonsense "you're not sexy" from male characters is quite annoyng) is veeeeeery slooooow, but in a sense I like it. Is relaxing having time to know the characters and not being trow on the spot in the action.

There's also a sequel arc to it called "Trails of Cold Steel" that's also quite enjoyable.

Olivier for now is...more annoyng than fun. I'll se how it will evolve

I was supposed to continue the main quest line of Odessy, but passed an island and thought I'd take a look and see if there was anything interesting. I spoke to a slave who wanted me to get some records - a simple raid on a warehouse.
Little did I know this would end up involving diving a wrecked ship and saving an escaped slave; or speaking to a drunk woman who had lost her husband: Who I rescued after much danger, and then had to threaten to get more information as he was frightened for his life: This led to a difficult choice to make, where despite your best efforts you sometimes can't save everyone: All I could do was threaten revenge for those killed. And it's still not over, I have more to do. And this is just a side quest come across because I just docked my ship.
When compared to the fare offered by ME:A, and even DA:I - and this is just a side quest, mind - this is really blowing me out of the park so far. Bioware needs to be aware of how much things have moved on, and I hope they have.

So finished the main storyline in AC Odyssey yesterday at Level 64 (out of 70) after 168hrs of PT over 7000 kills and having walked/run/climbed the majority of 1,338 kilometres. Firstly the game is great, it is by no means perfect but it does a lot of things right and from the perspective of this being the series first attempt at an RPG it was a good effort and extremely enjoyable. It is no DA game in terms of having close NPC relationships/interactions/consequences but the story I found to be really good and Kassandra is one of the best and my most favourite protagonist in a game. The actual game world is realised beautifully and I could happily just wander around exploring for ages. I left off minor quests and opening some parts of the map to do just that post story finish. Also for me the combat hit a sweet spot in terms of the move away from traditional AC combat and the leap too far that I thought AC Origins was. The game has some things I really do not like and which I think need refinement like the bounty system, NPC behaviour in relation to crimes etc. and also wild animal behaviour could use some tweaking. I just do not believe wolves, bears and other wild animals are going to wander into a heavily populated town let alone a city. Like I felt with TW3 there is an over abundance of quests that really do not need to be there and I felt I wasted probably 20hrs early on figuring that out as I like to clear an area as I go. By 50hrs in I was just doing quests I wanted to do or that directly tied into the main story. The conquest battles I stopped doing relatively early on because I just didn't enjoy them, the loot was no better than other stuff you find and it had zero influence on the outcome of the game (to my understanding). I enjoyed rowing/sailing around Greece on The Adrestia but the naval combat did nothing for me TBH, I enjoyed upgrading the ship but the upgrade cost in Drachmae and resources I thought was exorbitant. Orichalcum was a waste of time for me, the merchant sold me one thing all game that was useful (an epic chest plate that I used for two thirds of the game) and I got only one thing I wanted from over 20 attempts at the luck dip. I'd rank this and probably AC Black Flag as my two favourite AC games. The thing they both have in common IMO is an interesting protag with a good sense of humour and an adventure that is fun but challenging. Some pic's

Was just going to play a little bit of House Flipper and ended up playing loads. So had fun there. Looking forwards to when messing with the garden becomes an option. Then waffled around and decided to load up Odyssey for some giggles, since ya'll seem to enjoy it. It was an experience. One, damn Leonidas, you look good . Actually everything looks really good. Almost too good, so I was amused when the game suddenly decided to pause mid cutscene as I was thinking it. Like thanks game, you read my mind, but I'm good. Leonidas managed to rally me up real good, so the first fight was really fun. Stabby stabb and stuff.
Flying around with Icarus was amazing. Kinda made me want to grab his talons and dangle beneath while he swooped about. And I'm terrified of heights, so that's something.
Kassandra won the coin toss, since it always seems to be tails. But by the time I started playing, things were getting a bit too good looking and had gone a bit into uncanny valley. So the first cutscene was a little of nope, nope. Controls felt a bit uncomfortable as a result, so just grabbed her armor and was going to save, then quit. Well game read my mind again and crashed. Thanks game.
Did load it up again, to check if Greek was a spoken language option, which it wasn't sadly, and saw that the game was quite eager in it's saving, with like 5 saves for a 1 minute worth of playing, so guess I'm good if it crashes, but dual protagonist doesn't seem to be an option.
Probably going to restart to see how the bloke effects me. And put it on hard, since Leonidas rallied me up real good. But I will say, the game looks amazing. Uncanny Valley effects will probably wear off soon enough (always have a bit of a nope moment when I return to Bioware games after playing something from other developers. PERSONAL SPACE, PERSONAL SPACE!) But that wears of fairly quick, so crossing fingers.
Ended up playing a bit of the first game. Had a save where I'd gotten to memory block 4 I think, with all in white and most of the flags available, but ended up rage quitting due to lunatics. And then I lost it. :C So wrapped up Memory Block 2 today and started Memory Block 3. Find the controls a bit more manageable than last time I poked at it, but maybe I was just getting lucky on button mashing. Decided to just ignore the flags mostly, since there doesn't seem to be any brownie points for it and GOG wont splurge on achivos. Boo. But at least found out what the Aspo-whatsitname was that Odyssey was going on about, so that was nice. And had plenty of fun as well.

So got a game in of Madden year 3 for my franchise. Patriots at the Miami Dolphins. Ended up winning 52-10. The whole team really seemed to come to play today. Brady threw for 4 touchdowns and even though I didn't really have much of a running game going I still really contributed with Sony Michel getting two rushing touchdowns. Perhaps the best play of the game came very, very late. I already had a lot of my backups in at this point, it was 3rd and 16...ball around the Miami forty yard line so we are talking about right around the edge of Gostkowski's range in the game for a field goal. I decided since it was Alex Smith at this point, and not Tom Brady, that I would run a simple screen hopefully get a few yards closer for an easier field goal and that would be that. Well White had other ideas on the screen. A play that normally does not break big, at least for me...he converted the third down and then some. Helped me actually get another Touchdown out of the drive. In the end White had like 7 catches for 80 plus yards and really helped seal the deal.

Buzz-kill alert! Well Odyssey is even faker/worse than movie 300 on historical accuracy. You would have probably lived better in Persia Empire of that time or even Carthage, or Roman Republic. Athenian Democracy is useless and fake AF and Sparta was literally a Military Academy. Also Alcibiades is the crappiest politician ever!

Visited tombs and one has murals that I have to pause to contemplate the meanings. This was above a corpse and likely indicated his occupation. This is probably an invocation for rebirth; man and woman offering / feeding snakes. Snakes are symbols of rebirth, transformation, immortality, and healing in ancient Greece. Decided to take out the Kretan Bull, a legendary animal. I feel I should flap a piece of cloth at it during the battle. It certainly looks like Kass would be charged down but it's a miss.
