Shortly after update 1.05 was released to console, namely Xbox one. I, like most of you, grinded for the new character, maxed him out, and ranked him up. After opening a good amount of 100K boxes, I got my apex to a respectable 11,792. I ran a few more matches, golds of course, grinding for more apex and levels, until I randomly get dash boarded without reason. Thinking nothing much of it, I signed back in, connected to mass effect servers, and to my surprise, my apex dropped way down to 11,470.
I sent off a bug report to EA, in which the opened a case, and checked things on there end, but to no avail. I was told that they would submit this issue internally, and recommended that I should post the bug here. For validation purposes, I did screen shot my apex being 11,792, then again after it dropped. The screen shots taken by xbox are time stamped when taken and uploaded, validating the drop.
And there we have it.
Has anyone else experienced this?
My question is, when do I get my missing APEX and gear reimbursed?
As you all know, grinding them 100k boxes, takes a while. Especially when the only thing you can rank up is the ultra rarest.
If possible, could a mod contact me, about this issue.

Couple things, first off, this is the ME3MP section, not the ME:A section. So you've posted this in the wrong forum. I'm sure a mod will move it for you.
Secondly, this is a fan forum, the admin and moderators are in no way shape or form connected to EA nor Bioware.
EA sending people here is a bit of a laugh really, because they took down their own forums. This is purely a fan forum, sending people here looking for customer service is ridiculous.
One of the MEAMPers might have an answer for you, but don't expect anything as it's all just free public info here; nothing connected to the company or publisher.

Imagine if, when they announced the forum closure, they had also said: "And by the way, we expect you to start a forum and volunteer to do QA and support for us."
I doubt anything would be different, I'm basically just saying imagine they were honest.
