Same, add the occasional hard crash and I've all but given up on playing already. Don't get me wrong I love the game but almost everything is so damn lackluster that I'm never excited to try a new piece of kit I've unlocked. Characters especially, not only do all powers feel weak, you need to get the character card to rank X just to have them be as "effective" as they were in ME3MP when you hit 20. The worst part is that you only get extra points every second level. So they could have just had them max out at level five instead of diluting the loot pool with cards that do literally nothing. No, since on the other levels you get customization options. While I agree that the patterns at the higher levels aren't too great, you do get something other level. And since people here like to rave how ME3 MP was sooo much better: you didn't get any skill points *at all* from ranking up your cards in MP, though I recall they did give some experience points. Needless to say, I take complaints about how we only get a skill point every other level with a grain of salt. Personally, I would've even preferred if they kept that part like ME3 MP, with ranks only giving customization options, and maybe a bit of experience. So more patterns, and maybe also an option to do some specular tweaking so we could adjust the shininess of materials and the color of highlights. It'd reduce the amount of bitching from the bloody min/maxers about some card ranks not "improving them". Save

Yes, and that was a much, much superior system to what we have now. It meant that when you unlock a character, you immediately get to enjoy it in its full glory. That was rewarding and exciting. In MEA when you first unlock a new character, you feel only indifference, because you know you'll have to get that same card (possibly an ultra-rare card) some five times more at least before you get to play it the way it was meant to be played.

The only good thing that came out of this by comparison with ME3MP is that we're no longer getting Duplicate Character Cards after there Rank X. Can't tell you how pissed off I would get buying Spectre Packs hoping to level weapons only to get another duplicate card of a character that already has all the cosmetic options that I don't even play and on a class that has been lvl 20 for months.
