Anointed, hands down, from Silver and up. I have not been wiped by Ascendants nearly as many times as by a couple Anointed.
Also, Breachers. Goddamn Breachers everywhere! You guys seem to be annoyed with dogs but I'm not upset with them that much even on Gold. Breachers, on the other hand... Can I have Husks back instead? I guess Remnant couldn't just let the Kett take the title of the most annoying faction uncontested!

Having been playing lots of biotics (Asari Sentinel/Human Tosser), dogs aren't nearly the problem that I find Observers to be. Also, I find Sticky Grenades are nice canine counter.
Observers are silent as the night, good damage, often occupies a space I'm not actively looking at.
Destined rank pretty high here, given their ability to let an Anointed wind up in peace.

Frankly I'm a bit surprised that dogs are so universally hated. I absolutely don't mean to boast - there are many, many, many players who are better than me - but I rarely seem to have any particular trouble with them. I just feel like after learning to deal with hunters, seekers, swarmers, husks and abominations, those cute little critters are nothing new.
Fiends, Ascendants - now those I can understand.

It's about annoyance, not difficulty. Yeah, well I find them easy enough to spot and deal with before they attach themselves to my appendages that they don't really annoy me. They were pretty annoying at the start, when you don't have an idea about spawns. Trying to hose a guy down with Avenger I while ADS, etc. You know, the basic "I lost my awareness, because this situation requires all my concentration". |

The dogs didnt bother me all that much, but I did go vanguard first and was zipping all over. By the time I was using gun based or cover needing classes, I had some halfway decent equipment. However, I did recently load in to a mission already in progress and by the time I loaded, I was already being bitten, that was annoying.
