Or should I wait for 2 months for all the patches? Or even wait until all DLCs come out? I tried and completed almost every single thing in my first play through except different romance, even I play second time I might pick the same choices in some decision as before. There are no reward like special skill, augment or mod, the only reason I want to play NG+ is..."refine" some decisions. You know, to have a "perfect save file"  |

I'm sort of mulling that over myself. I do want to do another play through, but I don't know if I'd want to do so again and again as DLC comes out. I would really like to wait; but I suspect that if I did I'd be running out of patience before the first DLC even gets teased though.

I am not expecting a lot to change with the patches. Since they seem to have gotten the big issues out of the way already. It really depends on how you feel about the game, for I don't think all the DLC will be released for about a year for that is the standard life cycle BioWare has with their games.

If you're not in a hurry and really plan for it to be copy of your first pt, I would wait a bit. NG+ has it's problems. Like movie night quests completing all at once really early in pt.
