Yes I know it's suppose to be rng and random however heres what I gotten this weekend since the 15% Cash and XP started

You've probably just been unlucky. I managed to get all the common characters unlocked, so most human females.
I actually think Bioware do a lot better than many other game companies when it comes to including female characters and not just making them all really stereotypical. It's something I really appreciate about Mass Effect actually. |

My lowest leveled character card is the Salarian Operator which is, as far as we can tell, a Male one. Therefore I would argue that the opposite is true: Bioware hates male characters in reward boxes.
What a shame.
