Most of the time you run/jetpack to where you are going, and therefore you leave your team behind, and they have to catch up. So when you get to a conversation, and your teammates are way behind you, you can't hear a damn thing they say when they are a part of the conversation. It's incredibly annoying and probably happened well over 50 times during my first play through.
My work around, is to literally stop before I talk to someone and wait for about 5-10 seconds till my team forms up before I talk to them.
It needs a fix, since about 80% of the conversations in the game are not cut scenes.
