The third cloud does look slightly smaller than the other clouds

The third cloud does look slightly smaller than the other clouds Only the Fortify bonus seems to make a difference. However, with ARs, the passive makes a difference too, I think.

It's been stated that smart choke / accuracy / stability / whatever only really works when you aim at an enemy. I don't know if that's true though.

I like a weapons build with maximum accuracy, however, if that is not working I would like to know. For the Krogan, it is clear that the Fortify bonus works, however, is it worth it over 5A better shield regen? In practice I have found not but we need concrete information. Sadly I am not the one to do it. I wish the devs would weigh in.

Uhh... do the tutorial mission and shoot those guys.
Or just fire up a bronze and whittle down the enemies to something predictable.
That way you can test against actual targets.

Do you have the scattershot (remnant recharge shotgun), it always fires in an X pattern, so should provide easiest results.

Hard as hell to test this on a live target BC they like to run and other annoying shit like that but it still doesn't appear to work to me. Smart choke doesn't seem to do anything period.
