So if you have beaten the SP then you know that one of the first things that happens is you hear from the Quarian Ark. I'd say its a given that is going to be the first paid DLC. When you are talking about the transmission the game specifically says Quarians, Drell, Hanar, and Elcor are on the ship. Why no Geth? Best "race" and they want to do them like that?

The Geth could easily be on that Ark too. They are AI after all, could have snuck a few of their programs into the Ark's computer, or a quarian could have smuggled them onto the deck.

Anyway, only way MEA can redeem itself is by releasing more FREE contents just like ME3 did.

Exactly. Many of the characters (including Alec Ryder) came to Andromeda because their ideas were not accepted in the Milky Way. I can easily see Geth-friendly Quarians bringing some Geth programs into the new galaxy. I'm really hoping to see them again in both SP and MP.

Geth are just programs - if they wanted they could upload into the Ark computers, Nomad, SAM node whatever. They could even have tried to use that FTL station the Initiative used for scanning Andromeda to transmit themselves far away.

To be honest, a geth, even hundreds of them, probably are safer than SAM.

Mass Effect Andromeda tried many different things to go against typical lore friendly stuffs... I really wouldn`t be surprised to see few Geths even if they are not true Geths.

Not a bad explanation (though I don't see them being able to stand SAM for 600 years, they probably would have commited suicide by formatting a while ago).
There's still the problem of building platforms but that shouldn't be impossible to overcome.

I wouldn't mind getting my bright yellow Geth Pyro Soldier back, that was one of my favourite-looking model in ME3 :wub:

They seriously do need to pull the zoom back on the consoles. I can appreciate you can switch sides since they refuse to give us a true third person option, but it needs to be brought back some.

One of the EPs isn't terribly fond of geth so I wouldn't get your hopes up unless they plan it as a kett origin style 'twist', where the geth help with remnant stuff and suddenly rainbows and kittens everywhere.

Incidentally the kett space pope thing is some laziest and most politicized tripe I've ever seen so yay for that.

It's also pretty clear they're paywalling quarians for pretty obvious reasons; you'll remember in the big ass poll they did during the initial project start up krogans came up first and quarians came up second as 'favorite and most distinctive race'.

How about no, because MP point buyers are what financed the extra off-budget content we got, thanks to volunteers working late on 'new' (reused) content. You can stop apologizing at any point in the game's lifecycle, it'll be ok.

Well, unless you've seen a revenue split of SP DLC vs Andromeda points from an official source, I'll still be of the opinion that MP Points purchases will not be enough to fund real work done. You'd need more than a couple of us spending 100$+ on boxes. (I personally spent 200 euro so far, but thats besides the point)
