I have been buying basic pack like crazy in the past couple of days, in the hope that I can max out my human male Vanguard. Right now most of my common characters are at least VIII, except 2 or 3 that are below VI, and my human male vanguard is one of them. Right now my human male vanguard is maxed out on experience, and any additional exp now goes into my max health. But i'm just wondering is it because my male vanguard's level is too high, so the system stopped dropping copies? Because that would explain why I cannot get human male vanguard no matter how many basic packs I bought. It is very frustrating. Meanwhile, the human female vanguard which I never play is already XI. I just don't know if the system is broken, or I just have extremely bad luck, and RNG just refuses to give me human male vanguard.
