As soon as they fix the Kett, powers, weapons, upload objective, etc. Then you will see more settings until the next best setup for earning credits comes around.

9 out of 10 games. PUGs without skill host lobbies pre-set to this. Objective waves are painful. I won't host my own lobby, because I work 12 hours a day at a hospital and I don't have 10-15 minutes to wait around in a game I paid 70 bucks for. The game needs more balance. Biowar plz. Today this shit needs to go. Balance has nothing to do with this. Unless you think that people would go credit-farming like crazy because they like it. This problem wouldn't exist without the current RNG system, or one that doesn't require hundreds of hours (or dollars - on top of the 70 you paid already) to get the stuff you want.

Yes. Black Grouper, 80lbs gutted. Speared in 155 feet off South Carolina. If you look closely at the pic you can see a long hanging leader of 150lb monofilament where he took some poor fisherman into the rocks and broke him off. The leader was about 15 feet long. Not my biggest grouper, but easily my best fish pic. Sad,but impressive. Also tasty. Don't feel bad for it. It took on spear to the head, rolled over and died. It was a much more humane death than any other way a sea creature can die. Consider.. 98% of sea creatures die being eaten alive, swallowed whole or torn to pieces by other fish.. or dragged to the surface by a fisherman by a hook in their face. In contrast, having the lights instantly turned out by being shot in the brain is a WAY WAY better way to go.

What I don`t understand is this. Zero/Outlaw/Gold with PuG is still quite challenging and intense.
Every combination of team and objectives still change each match enough for me to keep things interesting.
...but apparently it is not the case for most players.
After last patch... it`s barely even a farming. I will admit that outlaw is still easier than other two factions.. but it`s hardly a easy walk.

There will always be a FBWGG, Rio box o shame, FBZOG. If they do something about it there will be a new farmville map/faction.

No idea why there isn't a bonus for Random map+ Random enemy type. A decent bonus for going full random would probably be enough of a incentive for people to play other maps and different factions.
While Kett are a pain to fight they are still doable. I do find it funny everyone complaining about outlaw since I always host Remnant on Zero.

If the fish has seen people before.. they're very wary and spooky.. difficult to stalk. If they've never seen a diver.. then yeah, they're kinda dumb. Not tremendously dumb like Hogfish or Amberjack, who will swim around you until you shoot them.. but a dumb grouper will come in, give you a look.. then move away. So you basically get one shot.. then you'll have to work for it.. IF they're dumb. Smart grouper can be extremely difficult to stalk. This one was dumb.. the other three I've taken this size were Ivy League Scholars.

How about you either adapt to what it's popular or just stop playing? I don't want people like you to ruining my fun with your bitching. You're in the minority. Deal with it.

Reasons this exists:
The grind Outlaw are the easiest faction Zero is the smallest map with long choke points
If people just want credits they will choose the most efficient combination. In me3 it was White/Geth/Gold and now it's Zero/Outlaw/Gold. Because the grind is so long and there are so many things to unlock, gold is the only reasonable difficulty for people to play. It's unavoidable that people will farm the easiest setup to unlock things faster.

If I was shooting recreationally I probably wouldn't shoot it because really big fish don't have great meat in my opinion.. and they're a risk for Ciguatera poisoning.

Ah,I thought something like that. In my country it is allowed to use speargun, but not with a bottle,so you can basically forget for deep see hunts. Yeah.. it's only legal in America as far as I know. When friends of mine post Youtube videos of their diving exploits, the European crowd always chimes in and has plenty of unsavory things to say about things being sporting and yadda yadda yadda. I don't really do it for 'sport' or a 'challenge'.. I do it because it's like underwater grocery shopping. I see a flounder on the bottom.. and I see crab stuffed flounder. I see a grouper swimming by and I see fried grouper nuggets. I see a mangrove snapper and I see salt-crusted whole snapper. I see a lobster and I see lobster risotto, steamed lobster legs, and lobster stock, etc. I'm so good at it, that I only have to go every 2-3 months to have enough seafood to eat 2-3 times a week.. so I don't take more than I can use. Nothing goes to waste. We give the heads to the Vietnamese ladies that do my wife's nails. If I wanted to get really frugal I could scrape the meat out of the bones, mix it with flour, push it through a ricer and make fish noodles.. but that's a lot of work lol.

I agree with Fortack that the underlying reason for farming is not the balance, but the RNG store that rewards farming. Farming is simply by far the easiest and fastest way to unlock cool new weapons and characters. Even without fixing the underlying issue - which would, of course, be preferable from the players' point of view - there are still many ways that could be used to limit or discourage farming. I've suggested live economy before, that would certainly put an end to FBZOG and add more variety to the game, but of course it wouldn't stop players from trying to make a quick credit, they'd just have to learn to do it on different maps and against all the factions.
