Yeah the companions really did feel like they were ticking off a checklist didn't they? Know what would have been better than another Asari Archaeologist (albeit less uptight than Liara)? How about an actual Asari Huntress rather than the human wannabe? Shame, Cora had a lot of potential too. Being passed over as the next Pathfinder was a great drama hook, but it just gets thrown aside in one brief chat.

As others have said in the past and now, I'd like them to give us a non-council squaddie i.e a Batarian or hell even a Vorcha. It's about time they were fleshed out instead of being the bad guy/henchmen of the OT. Would be good to actually get an insider's view of the hegemony and its caste system, as well as his own take on slavery, the Skyllian Blitz and Torfan.

Failing that, Bain Massani please.

Throw out the "supposedly human companions" that are currently in and replace them with real humans. They are an embarrassment on all fronts and a shame they represent humanity! If that is too much to ask than krogan, salarian, turian. Certainly, no devolving into a brutish grunting growling devolution as suggested, companions are badly written enough as it is but considering current writers quality I can see a game ending up with grunting howling companions.

I would love a salarian spy, like that retired Major (salarian James Bond).
