Eh, I have done this more times than I care to admit
Learn from it.
Was it questions you weren't prepared for, or did you just get "weird"? I ask this, because sometimes I do get "weird" and that's a death knell, for me at least.
Either way, it's ok. If you can stomach it, go back through it play-by-play and think about what you could have done better, and write it down.
Sorry it went rough!
We know. I've done that too; I'm a weird person. Never really met an employer who could tune in to my weirdness.

I had to carry out all the trash, particularly the pizza boxes and beer cans, vac most of the home, wash two rugs, clean the bathroom, and clear the kitchen sink drain (had to disassemble the whole shit, always the same, I think I can do it easy, by just opening a part, never works) (but I did kinda feel pleased with myself after ) I feel kinda overfed, stuffed, like I need a day of fast, and I pee lots of colorless or almost colorless urine. I know the day and time of the day. ...So, yeah, F is back home.

I was helping my sister and keeping company to my nieces today, one of them had a soccer practice so I was glad to see her play her match . She and her team won 5-2, but despite beings always energetic she is still a 5 year old and she had nearly 10 hours of days of activities (she had more than her soccer match at the beginning). So when it was time to go take a bath... anyone who has children knows how kids are when exhaustion takes over them... But nevertheless it was worth it, I am glad I could be there for her because her practices matters to her And today I was finally able to get some acrylic black paints. Due to the pandemic, stores getting their supplies is problematic in many areas. I tried FIVE different STORES in the last 2 weeks and I only finded it today at my sixth trial... It's still worth it.

Been pretty bored and restless despite my best efforts to keep myself entertained with SWtOR over the past few weeks. I've long moved on from the angst I've described in this thread (god knows how long ago). I guess the restlessness comes from my eagerness to move on from this mediocre game. The class stories are not too bad, don't get me wrong (they have some hits and misses), but looking at what this game has become, this old game where the class stories no longer mattered that much in the latest expansions, where your class identity is all but wiped out by some streamlined single-path storyline with you supporting either the Imps or Pubs, I guess I'm more than ready to move on and go back to watching real stories that are better written (as opposed to pandering to the mmo crowd), go back and watch my TV shows and childhood cartoons like Nick and Morty, Futurama, Simpsons; all those fun guys. Missed hanging out with those fictional characters than the toxic crowd that's the player base of this game.
I think I have my fill of Star Wars for a lifetime. Never really a SW fan to begin with anyway; I only got interested again because of MELE reminding me of Bioware's other choice-filled games. When Bioware has long deprived players of choices in these latest expansions, feeding them with a binary storyline, however, I don't think it's such a good idea anymore to stick around for long. Call me again when they revert the beta-stage option of killing your companions based on your choices. You know? Choices with real meaning, like Detroit: Become Human, an actual video game where choices mattered? Pfft.
I mean, look, I know these games are hard to make, and not everything's gonna be a winner, but it is what it is, supply and demand, and I'm the customer. If my suppliers no longer meet my needs, the business transaction is unfortunately concluded, and I move onto something better. Like old cartoons with dark adult humor about child abuse and genocide. Mhm.

Did some cleaning and found a hidden cache with 250 bucks in it, I don't even remember me hiding that money. Maybe it was some benevolent elves. In any case

It was my turn to bomb a job interview. You guessed it, by getting weird. If I get hired, they are really desperate, or the foreman is a lot braver than I thought.

I registered on Lichess today and played a game. I felt very dumb and confused. Down in my second level of consciousness, I had trouble distinguishing which pieces were mine. Several times I caught myself thinking "that Knight there is very dangerous, mustn't forget", only to realize that the Knight was my own.

Today everything went wrong. Amazon sent me a mail that product I pre-ordered a MONTH ago and I was really looking forward to could not be shipped because they ran out of stock, when I went to a local shop to buy something it turned out it was sold just a day ago, then I go a call that an important appointment today was cancelled because the person I planned to meet didn't show up at work due to sickness (I had to re-schedule a TON of things for that appointment). I could not even make another appointment because nobody knows how serious it is and how long it will take that dude to get better. On top of that I've been feeling crappy the whole day, stomach ache - and at work I was so tired I had to fight HARD to not fall asleep.

Being a moderator has resulted in me re-appraising my opinions of certain people here. Some in a negative way and some in a positive light. It's scary how much hidden suffering there is. It's also frightening how many fussbudgets there are.

While shopping for groceries I saw a very attractive woman, immediately stumbled, dropped the bag of potatoes which ripped open and spilled all its contents across the floor, which startled me enough to drop the water bottles I was holding in my other hand as well. And when I put the potatoes back in they immediately fell through a second hole in the bag. And she didn't even notice my awesome stunt.

Yesterday was crappy, as I saw my ophthalmologist. The good news is, some of the recent worsening of vision may reverse. But she gave me that don't get your hopes up -speech, so yeah, there's that. I guess I'll wait and see (pun intended).

Epic kitchen disaster #324.
I opened a can of coconut milk for some cooking but I will use no more than half the can thus I get out the tin foil to cover the open can to put in the fridge. I only need a very small about, enough to wrap around the can opening.
I drop the foil as I am pulling some out, ut hits the floor and skitters along he floor unrolling a huge amount of foil. Not only that it rolls under the fridge just out of hand reach.
I have to use a yard stick to dig it out.
Being 'put out' over this instead of carefully re wrapping the foil onto the tube , I cram it all back on the tube and now have either new sculpture or a bunch of foil crammed on tube.

I had a lot to do this weekend. So much that I stressed out and had to take a nap to calm down, and then watch some racing, - a 6 hour race. I have done absolutely nothing.

Today was better. I got started early, and despite deciding I needed another nap after lunch to calm down, and despite deciding I needed to sit down and let the sweat dry out a couple of times, I got enough done today.

Couple of days ago, I "discovered" (more accurate would have been to say I hadn't reflected much upon it earlier) that the polished black stone tiles on my hall floor are genuine. I don't know exactly what it is, black marble? slate? It contains fossils. Some of them are Ammonites.
But I decided the very nice carpet I have lying there deserved to be washed. I've washed it once before, years ago, but made a rather half-assed job of it that time. This time I've watched YouTube videos, so I spent the day. Wool friendly detergent, cold water, and then lots of water for rinse, again and again. The rinsing water carried away never ending dirt. At a couple of times I got worried that it was maybe parts of the carpet, dyes and wool particles, since it seemed to never stop. But no, examining the sedimentation of the rinsing water showed it was all dirt. Finally, the water was pale enough that I decided to quit.
It's not dry yet, but it looks great. I'm no expert on carpets, so I don't know what kind it is. Probably not too expensive, since it was a gift. But it is nice, intricate pattern, natural dyes, indigo, weld, madder.

Good start! Closed the refi on my home, had been going on for a minute now. Much better rate, slightly lower payment, less years, and some cash back for home improvement. Avengers Endgame Hulk Energy right now

Avengers Endgame Hulk Energy right now I must admit, I had to google how refinancing works. Apparently it's roughly the same as remortgaging; we did that last year.
Well congrats! Current rates are nice for sure.

I've been feeling crappy for the last 2 weeks, especially today. For reasons beyond me I wake up ~7-10 times per night, I'm tossing & turning so much in bed I'm still amazed that it hasn't collapsed yet and I feel constantly on the edge and restless as if I were excepting something terrible to happen at any moment. I'm not even tired, I'm in a state of constant alertness. Not much has changed in my life lately, so I cannot think of any trigger for...whatever this is. I just hope it goes away so I can sleep properly again, waking up nearly every hour is torture.

I feel constantly on the edge and restless In your case the obvious cause could be overtraining syndrome. Have you been lifting particularly hard lately? Not much has changed in my life lately But something has changed? Two weeks is a long time to be anxious, but you never know. And how about PTSD, do you think it's a possibility? I'm not even tired, I'm in a state of constant alertness. You are not tired, because your body is pumping adrenaline and cortisol to stay alert. This could be caused by blood sugar imbalance, or salt or caffeine overdose. Those are just the easy answers. If your anxiety persists, I recommend you see a doctor.

I went to yet another neighbourhood concert last night.
One guy who lives about 2 blocks away or so hosts neighbourhood concerts in his front yard every Thursday from 6-7 pm.
He brings in local acts (usually a solo person or a twosome) sets up a sound system and has a concert.
Usually about 50 people or so show up. And then the musical acts sell their cds and or a tip jar is passed around at the end of the concert.
These musical artists are REALLY good, though they are based locally they have toured and have out out cds and such.
The guy last night played mostly blues (which I am not a huge fan of normally) but he was a phenomenal guitar player and singer.

Today my little baby cat got chased down and stung by a hornet. Needless to say I crushed that flying bastard. I like hornets and respect them, but if they harm my little ones or myself they will meet a swift end. At least my little cat learned her lesson, I tried time and time again to teach her not to mess with bees and hornets, to no avail. Now if I could only teach her to hunt down the mosquitoes in my bedroom.... Also, I had an absolutely amazing deadlift session, even the heavy weights moved like 20% easier than usual, but now my eyes hurt, as does my head between my temples. I think I burst a little vessel, lots of blood pressure when lifting the serious weights.- Annoying but not uncommon in that sport.

I built a table, so 'yay'!
On the other hand, it's an Ikea table, so it's hard having any real sense of accomplishment. Tomorrow I'm making vanilla extract. The liquor store clerk just looked at me funny when I bought 3.5 liters of their cheapest vodka. 😀

Now if I could only teach her to hunt down the mosquitoes in my bedroom.... At least you're keeping your mosquitos in the proper place. - The bedroom. That's the best way to keep them healthy and sated. ... By the way, you had trouble sleeping? Yes? ( More seriously, on that sleeping problems. Are you sleeping on your back? If so, try sleeping on your left side. The hypothesis being that your tongue falls back and you wake up because it interferes with your breathing.)
