So there I was playing the worst kit in the game and I threw a Singularity at a Pariah, and she said "Nope!". Imagine my surprise when the detonation hurt me when the duration was over.

I almost killed myself twice with a flak cannon shot earlier. Had to use an ops pack to not die from the initial blast, and then the shredder dot almost killed me after I used the ops pack.

There has to be some way to use this against other players! Can a PC's Backlash deflect the Singularity onto another PC? That would be awesome.
Even if not you could still try to abuse the Pariah's deflection like during a Hack or Upload when you know the PUGs will be staying in place for the Singularity detonation.

That's nothing. I was killed today by a fellow player... TWICE! First time he was shooting at a Pariah and was glancing the bullets off the backlash and one of the stray rounds hit me in the head when I was low health. Kill feed even said it was him. Second time it was the same scenario except he used flak cannon and the bounced off and hit me killing me again. I was less than amused.  |
