400 something hours? thats not too bad. i like that you farmed the apex missions. Yep. If one truly wants to play efficiently credits-wise, that is the way to go Also it gives you double the Apex Rating per mission, if that matters.

Just completed my manifest. Time, according to the APEX app, 514 hours. This time includes every single drop and almost every single challenge (stealth grid is bugged ) pre 1.06.

Just completed my manifest. Time, according to the APEX app, 514 hours. Congrats! Also, I guess it is worth noting that you spent a lot more time in Bronze/Silver than I did, thus you ended up playing more hours to max yours. Still, my time and yours can help give players a clearer idea of how many hours they should be looking at to max theirs.

I was in a nameplate collecting mood for almost two weeks, and getting some of those weapon challenges done was only possible to do in bronze. Pre 1.06 weapons were kinda rough. But it's done! And still below the 600 hours estimate, so I'm still happy with the results.

A little question about using your earned credits once you've maxed your manifest...
It's easy enough to maintain a healthy supply of most consumables with supply packs, but I'm wondering about the RNG boosters. Would you typically buy Expert or Premium packs to get the higher level boosters, or... ?
Thanks.

Definitly Expert Packs for Boosters, its 2x more boosters but some less chance for UR (IV) Booster. I dont think many ppl burn credits after maxing manifest just for boosters. IM 3 UR away from maxing, but i think if i`ll spent money on boosters i`ll be buying advenced packs.

Would you typically buy Expert or Premium packs to get the higher level boosters, or... ? Thanks. I tend to buy mostly Supply Packs to maintain cobras, first aids, revivals, and supplies consumables. Beyond that I barely use any boosts of any kind, with except of the XP boosts to now help me grind the bonus stats. Even if I do use a boost it's typically a bronze boost, so the Supply Pack is all I really need.

A friend of mine (next to whom I used to consider myself a lucky bastard RNG-wise) has just maxed his manifest all the way to the Exemplar X at 449 hours (Apex HQ time). Maybe I myself wasn't that lucky after all; just average.
Well folks, so far it seems like the manifest grind in this game isn't that bad after all. Eventually more and more players will be reporting maxing theirs at sub 500 hours - unless Bioware decides to release more content soon (and honestly, I hope they do).

Maxing one's Manifest used to be pretty much a rite in ME3MP, and many veterans came to MEAMP with that mentality - including myself.
Coming to Andromeda, the UR pool was initially small (190 cards when I maxed my manifest) and given all the pity timers and higher chance drops in place, it was all a fun ride, rewarding enough and farming Gold felt pretty laidback.
Unfortunately, with Patch 1.09 Bioware had the abject idea of expanding the UR pool to 720 cards, plus expanding Commons, Uncommons and Rares as well.
I went on my shopping spree, spent 22.6 million on Arsenal Packs (after having spent a couple of millions on Basic and Veteran Packs as well). 226 Packs, 60 URs (26.5%). I got another 5 playing the game today. 65 UR sounds like a lot, but it barely scratches the content (mostly recycled) Bioware gave us today. I still have over 400 URs left. So yeah, ladies and gentleman, the maxed manifest dream is likely over for many people, and that includes me, too.

With the 1.09 patch, the time needed to max the manifest went from like 450 hours to ???, maybe 1200? Or more?
Ugh. And here I was feeling so proud and relieved to have a maxed manifest + 25 mil credits going into 1.09 only to see like 500 more UR cards. I feel like EA hit me with a FU bat.

I like your pack reveal technique btw. I watched more of the video than I care to admit.

**Update: From 6th of July, 2017, Bioware has expanded the UR cards pool from 200 to 720, making it virtually impossible for most players to max their manifests. It's not that I don't feel your pain but this is a bit of weird claim to make, isn't it? If it takes X time to max manifest with 200 cards in the pool, the upping that total to with 720, would only mean that it sh/could be completed in X+3.6*X, no?
It's definitely a finite amount of time, however, so 'virtually impossible' is a bit much, imho...
*For most players. I'll just leave this up here in my shame.

*For most players. I'll just leave this up here in my shame. If 200 UR cards take 450 hours, 720 cards will take 1,620 hours. Platinum can cut down some hours, but we don't know exactly how much we can factor that in. Platinum is awesome for credits grinding, but obviously you need to have a super effective team for that. I might have teams like those most nights. For the average player who pugs and don't usually play with friends, Platinum grinding is pretty much out of question. On top of that, we know that Bioware is planing new characters and possibly new guns to release in the near future. If any of them happens to be UR, each character will add 20 cards to the pool, and each gun will add 40 cards. At the end it will be a finite amount of time. But very, very few players will invest that much time in the game. I am personally on the fence whether I am up to this level of grind or not.

I put in ~650 hours into ME3 and maybe got halfway through the UR weapons. And I didn't get the game until after the 1 year support time period was over, so I didn't get to do the weekend challenges.
The fuck am I supposed to do for this game?

I already maxed my manifest but with this new addition.. No way I'll grind another 1,600+ hours. Maybe a few months. There is more great games coming out this year and I'd like to spend some hours on that.
