No, just be carnivorous. *puts wild animals with pointy teeth photos here* rawrwaraaaaaaawr ! But actually remember that cherries, apples, oranges, coconuts, pineapples are both the most delicious and ingredientful (nutritious). Plus red beans, chickpeas, alongside garlic, sumac, Tamarind and ginger. I still dislike most veggies so I can only recommend lettuce. Alongside some well-raised beef, fish and chicken meat if you can find in this full of toxins world. Also for the ultimate health you need to accept my dates

Apples are ok, but not the best for vitamins. And I prefer figs and prunes over dates, never been a fan of those.

Sooooo I need to provide some context to what I'm about to write. I don't know how public transport doors in your coutry work, but on every train or tram here, you push a button directly on the door so that it'll open at the next stop. The button turns red once you press it, and it even makes a sound to confirm. Pretty easy, right? Right. THEN WHAT IS IT WITH THESE PEOPLE WHO PUSH THE BUTTON A SECOND TIME?! WHY WOULD YOU EVEN CONSIDER DOING THAT?! For fuck's sake, I already pressed the button, back off! Can't you see it's turned read already?! Or do you think I did it wrong, huh, HUH?! What is wrong with you?! Yes, that's the random thing, I totally feel an urge to strangle people who do that, it makes me mad on a completely and utterly irrational level, I totally can't help it.

I like to press buttons. Multiple times. There's something inherently satisfying depressing them up to the max. I don't like the touchy buttons. Like those modern ones in public transport systems. I want the ones I can really press. The old school ones. These modern ones don't give me that satisfaction.

At the request of my friend, I'm going to try to improve my diet by adding veggies and fruits to it rather then just eating meat. You never at veggies and fruits before?

I think there's some kind of unconscious thought that if you push the button enough times, the technology will register that there is some kind of urgency and will react quicker...also they're letting the technology know that they too, need its service. (these are folks who don't understand how the tech works) or of course, they could just be the grown-up versions of those kids who get upset about not being able to push the button and now that they're adults...dammit...they're not going to be told they can't!

Well, something utterly random: I grew a well groomed, clean beard and turns it this was my best decision I ever made regarding my looks. People even treat me totally differently now. Thank god I'm buff so nobody mistakes me for a hipster.

Sometimes I wonder how I made it to my age without dying from severe clumsiness. So far, there's a list of things I frequently hurt myself with (apart from the obvious ones like knives, scissors, candles etc.): paper, cardboard, door knobs, bath tubs, hard plastic wrapping, and jewellery.
Yesterday, another household object made it to the list that could potentially hurt me: my fridge. It's metal knob basically flayed a good amount of skin from my little finger. I have no idea how exactly that happened but it bled a lot, and my colleague, a nurse, claims it looks like someone had been at me with a scalpel.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

When I step on LEGO the LEGO does not break my foot, I break the LEGO. Been building Lego models for as long as 26 years now, I got used to stepping on leg bricks, and now that I'm so heavy I simply break the parts. (Also I only wear socks indoors and in my garden, my soles are tough as nails. ) Which comes with a downside of course, I already broke several valuable parts that way.
