I mean, the buff basically just made the 30% evo baseline. Maybe they thought it would be too op if you could double damage detonate with the asari sentinel (if taking the 50% passive detonation evo as well).

Given how good energy drain and the passives on the HSent are the only real contender for points donor is barricade. I've actually been experimenting with a 1 point in barricade build on my second HSent to try and make them different to each other, but it just doesn't seem to perform as well for me as the 1 point in throw build. I'll probably end up going with 1 point in throw on both but with different passive choices. |

Oh, I'm quite aware of that. :heh: I went into Andromeda expecting to run 66644 builds on at least three quarters of the kits just like I did in me3mp until I saw how improved the passives were and how 16666 had replaced 06666, it's hardly a new idea to me. Still, the issue here as far as I'm concerned is that throw only had 2 upgrades that really appealed to me on the HSent, radius and bigger boom. I don't care about the recharge speed options on HSent anywhere near as much as I do on AssDept. With boom out of the picture the question becomes: Is radius really worth the loss of barricade ranks 5 and 6? Looks to me that throw just became the new pull, except it's even easier to not invest in because you get the basic version for free. |
