Help me with my next Adept Shepard playthrough

While I hope to begin playing Mass Effect: Andromeda within the next few weeks, I figure it does not hurt to plan out my next Shepard trilogy playthrough. I am already starting to get the itch play the series again.

I have already decided that my next Shepard will be an Adept, but I do not know whether Shepard should be Male or Female, or if Shepard should be Paragon, Renegade, or Paragade/Renegon. So I figured I would ask you people to help decide for me.

Here are my build plans for all three games in the trilogy, if you want to make a decision based on my build choices:

Mass Effect 1:
Shotguns as a bonus talent (no points)
Bastion specialization

Mass Effect 2 (Warp Ammo Adept):
4 - Heavy Warp
1 - Throw
4 - Heavy Singularity
4 - Pull Field
0 - Shockwave
4 - Bastion
4 - Heavy Warp Ammo

Shogtun training

Mass Effect 3 (ME3MP-style Drell Adept):
Reave, Pull, and Cluster Grenades
