We're supposed to report bugs on EA Answers HQ but they never do anything over there and I hate navigating that place so here goes.
Edit 1 August 2017: a few of these were fixed in patch 1.10, as noted below.
(Why 'Grant XP'? Because EA Answers HQ seems to take that into account when adding 'points' to the severity of a bug as shown in the badge next to its title in the listings.)

Constructive bug reports only please, and only bugs INTRODUCED with 1.09. I don't care about pre-existing bugs. Best if you can provide a link or screenshot.

1. ~~Deeper Into the Ruins did not grant the Apex Elite Pack briefly~~ (has been fixed)

2. Some equipment offered in store immediately post-patch was only available for ~30 minutes

3. ~~Character Veteran Rank XIV (14) skipped, rank XV (15) shown twice - visual / U.I. bug only~~

Hurricane at the start had 3082 spare ammo. Shot few rounds, used ammo pack and spare ammo dropped to 1000. With random other permanent equipment - ammo count stayed as it should. Tested this in the Icebreaker Empty Resupply Apex Mission. In other words, ammo pack restores only 1000 spare ammo on my Hurricane, if I run out. Needs more testing and better wording.

14.Exclamation marks/points persist even though the related challenges / collection item / character / weapon has been selected.

After I've cleared out all categories in my collection tab, they're all cluttered again with marks after I played a match or logged out and back into the game.

When adding mods to a weapon that you haven't currently selected, focus switches to another weapon rather than the one you just added the mod to.
I think it switches focus to the top weapon in the list.

Reserving this for proof to show the adhi bug now... have to record & post some footage.

When they jump up to a ledge, but collision detection doesn't let them actually STAY on the ledge (say an enemy is in front of them)... they float in space, no feet on any surface.

HOWEVER, they can still grab you. And if they do while floating in space, there is no Tap button to escape. You either need a teammate to shoot it, or have an enemy kill you (which is horrible running solo).

Not sure if this is a 1.09 glitch or has been there, but with platinum yesterday and getting hack/uploads on ledges (Zero, Icebreaker, Sandstorm), it happened a few times because there were some many enemies blocking their path.

My brother tried renmaing a character kit in Multiplayer, and it created problems for him that hearkened back to one of the older glitches from the single-player game. Basically, it looks like if you're using a controller with the PC, and switch to the keyboard to fill in a name in Multiplayer, it creates problems where the controller input goes wonky. Game-breaking bug.

Also, when he was switching from character to character, the characters he changed to would 'inherit' the colors and name of the previous character.

I'm not convinced this is a bug. Assume that the system "rolls" to see if a card is a character of weapon first. Now we have all these weapon variants, even if you had previously maxed your weapons, this still happens. So even if the chances of getting a weapon is less than the chances of getting a character (which appeared to be the case before the update), this still reduces your chances of getting a non-maxed character.

Now assume that the chances of getting a variant character is less than the chances of getting a non-variant character. I don't know what "quite small" means but let's say its 1/4 of the chance of getting a non-variant. That still means that I'm more likely to get a variant character than a non-variant where the pool of variants is much larger than the pool of non-variants.

This would make me getting around ten rare X+ character and weapon cards and no Batarian statistically plausible while still being consistent with a "small chance" of variants dropping.

But who know ...

P.S. I'm not saying I like this, just that it may be working as intended.

Could be - which would make it even less likely that people are going to get Batarians to X any time soon. So I still remained unconvinced that the issues people are experiencing with variants is a bug.

Please add this to your list. I have a Scattershot with Syphon on my Salarian Operator. Shield boosting is a nightmare, the screen switches between seeing all red and normal for the duration of the shield boost, and even switching to my secondary weapon before boosting does not help.

I think this is a bug bot I'm not sure: my L-89 Halberd standard version got reskinned to purple. My guess is that this should be one of the new variants?

Siphon weapons do not seem to improve when ranking up.

This might be new: enemies (like sharpshooters) shoot you instantly when tactical cloak drops (especially if you were standing still right before it dropped).
