Watching a YouTube clip over weekend where allistair/morrigan have different conversations depending on dao choices. Both have looked for hero with no luck
Several questions How powerful is morrigan in magic? Is there location magic?
Morrigan mentions they stayed on another planet? There an inside joke to that?
Is there a possibility that the warden is tied to a future plotline? It seems odd that he/she is alive in some canons but something drove them away?

-Morrigan is quite versed in magic. There is no such thing as location magic (to my knowledge), but she does give a romanced Warden an enchanted ring that lets her know where he is. Without that, she may be unable to locate him.
-It's not really a joke, though that doesn't mean that they really were on another planet. The Eluvian took them somewhere beyond Thedas, a place similar to the Crossroads, presumably to hide from Flemeth.
-Possibly, though I don't see the Warden returning in person. We know that the Hero went missing because they were looking for a cure for the darkspawn taint that eventually dooms every Grey Warden.

-Possibly, though I don't see the Warden returning in person. We know that the Hero went missing because they were looking for a cure for the darkspawn taint that eventually dooms every Grey Warden. Trespasser epilogue if the Warden romanced Leliana indicates that s/he completed that little quest, though it doesn't indicate whether or not it was successful. My best guess is that it was, and that's why the Wardens got all bothered at Weisshaupt in the various epilogues. Speaking of Leliana, she's the one who really confuses me, going from "I have no idea where the Warden is, but I suspect foul play" to "if you really want, I know how to send the Warden a letter" without much ceremony or explanation.
