Can I purchase the ingredients to make runes other than the blank runestones? Is there any place to purchase requisition items like decorative gems? I am just wondering if some of the Josie perks like rare stocks give you any of these type items.
Also what tricks are there to enhance focus. I almost never seem to get to use my mark of the rift.

Erm...not sure about the runes, sorry.
But the focus thing - the idea is to 'fight like a team'. Performing combos and firing "detonators", using the block/parry etc are all supposed to provide boost to focus gain. I turn off all the floating numbers, so can't be sure, sorry, but I never have an issue filling the focus meter.

If your playing on PC there are lots of nice MODs that improve the stores. Selling you a wide variety of crafting materials.
I'll be happy to link you said store MODs I use, if you are.
As for focus:
Get both of the perks in Cullen's tree. And use the belt that drops from the Hinterlands dragon. Between the two perks and the belt I do not have a focus issue.

Just an FYI, you can find belts of focus as well that increase your focus gain by quite a bit, if you want to go that route, but always confirm they are working in the "Attributes" screen (scroll down to look under Focus Gain) because there is one master focus belt that is bugged and doesn't work properly. I *think* you find it in the Frostback Basin and it's supposed to grant the wearer something like 35% focus gain but it doesn't give any boost at all. I found this out the hard way.

Also applying the 30% focus gain enhancement to weapons appears to be bugged as well and does not work either, so stick to applying it to armor. Just re-checked this out yesterday to make sure.
