So, I have a female Cousland PC. Using the Grey Wardens of Ferelden mod, both she and Alistair have the same heavy Warden armor yet my female PC has 40%+ fatigue while Alistair has only 20%. I did give Alistair Maric's sword and shield but I gave my PC every fatigue reducing accessory but to no avail. What gives? Is there any difference in the way the game treats male and female humans?

There shouldn't be any difference between male and female (well, unless the mod you're using changes this). Are you using any sustained talents? They add to your fatigue as well.

They're both sword & shield Templars and Champions. That there is such a massive difference in fatigue doesn't make sense.

I'd recommend some cardiovascular exercise Joking aside,i would say it's probably due to the sustained abilities too. Do you have exactly the same build as Alistair?I doubt it's that, but the powerful talent for example grants a -10% fatigue bonus(very unlikely your Warden doesn't have it though).
