Has anyone made a deal with a demon? For example the desire demon possessing Connor, or Kitty, or the one possessing Sophia Dryden. Has anyone bargained with these and did they keep their word? I once made a deal with the one possessing Connor to learn blood magic. I just convinced myself by what Alsitair said. That Wardens would do anything to stop the blight. I know the demon said she would repossess him in 10 years. Does he appear as a demon in Inquisition?

I made a deal with Connor's desire demon... wait, I actually intimidated it and forced it to leave while giving me an information about blood magic. That's... not exactly Faustian.
In general, no. I usually kill those things. But I have to admit, they have awesome voices.
As for Connor - wiki says he doesn't appear if he's alive and possessed.

I played an aspiring blood mage who made a deal with Connor's demon. And I allowed the demon in the Circle to continue to leech off her Templar "husband" once. I usually just kill them, though.

Is that only available if the player character goes in? Cause I sent Morrigan and that option did not come up.

You have to play as a mage Warden and have high enough Intimidation score (I don't know how much. I usually max out Coercion before doing any main quest after Lothering).

Yeah, in order to Intimidate the demon you have to have ridiiiiiiculous STR for a mage, so most people haven't done it.

I bargained with Kitty. And then killed it. CG, not LG.

I did let the possessed templar/demon combo go a few times in the circle. It's either that or getting the guy killed. At least, now he has the chance to get free somehow and that demon doesn't seem to be too aggressive, so hopefully a win-win. Other than that, I don't do demon deals. I'm not interested in blood magic and as a Supernatural watcher, I know, that demon deals always go south

A lot of good answers. The reason I originally asked is because for a moment I almost let out the Demon that possessed Sophia. I kinda felt bad for it at the time. I know it's a demon and I killed a bunch until that point , but I almost let it go. In the end I killed it anyway and did not think about it after. This was the first time I almost made a deal with a demon in this playthrough. I did though make a deal with the demon that possessed Connor to learn blood magic, but that was years ago.

I made the deal to unlock the blood mage spec, and I've accepted Torpor's offer in DA2 at least once. Felt a little bad afterwards, but I got over it.

Yeah, in order to Intimidate the demon you have to have ridiiiiiiculous STR for a mage, so most people haven't done it. My second mage managed to scare it enough that it promised to leave; I think I must have done it with a high Coercion skill since with her build and the fact that I hadn't done the Circle yet there's no reason I would have had any strength to speak of. But then I failed the higher DC to intimidate it into giving me one of the rewards too, and its denial displeased me, so demon died. I dealt with the demon in a more dickish, but mutually productive, manner with my first mage; he sold Connor for blood magic. I can't tell you whether or not he appears in Redcliffe if you do that, though, since I did CotJ when I imported that world. And I think I must have let the desire demon in Broken Circle keep its templar a few times, but I can't remember how many. And I let Sophia Dryden's demon live at least once, in the same playthrough where I sold Connor. (If you're wondering, I kinda went out of my way to be a dick in that one.) (I also let Imshael live in that world-state, but I'm not sure if I'm supposed to count that one given that this is in the Origins section of the forum.)

only two demons I've let live in my most recent Origins playthrough are the one in the Circle (with the templar) and the one from that quest in the Deep Roads... ...I needed money, he made me a fair deal...I think? I ah, may have also accidentally released that one spirit during the Summoning Sciences quest... but I eventually tracked it down to settle the score, so there's that in DA 2...nope, no demon deals though I did let Gascard live...twice, though Fenris did get to plunge his fist into the guy's chest...Maker that scene is satisfying in DAI...no demon deals either Imshael pissed me off, his voice grated on my nerves, plus he's a bastard...choice spirit my ass
something I did notice though...(totally unrelated btw), is that so far almost every Elf blooded character (aside from Slim Couldry and that one kid at the Blooming Rose) has blond hair...what's up with that?

Nope, never. I've pretended to, or skirted the line like with Kitty and that Earth Wraith thingy in DA2. Killed both of those when I got what I wanted though. If they're more powerful and harder to actually get rid of, while offering more specific and useful rewards, I might go for it in the next game.
That being said, if it hadn't been trying to get between my mercenary Hawke and a veritable pile of gold at the time, I might have let the Earth Wraith live.
