Use me3 mod manager from me3tweaks.com and don't forget to activate Binkw32 from Tools menu for best results. Activate the console (Tab or something else). Type "say whatever you want to say" without quotes, hit Enter and here we go. It works in the lobby and during the match as well.

Use me3 mod manager from me3tweaks.com and don't forget to activate Binkw32 from Tools menu for best results. If you want to benefit from additional content and other modding stuff you can use mod manager like akots suggested.
If you only want to activate the console to text chat ( and doing other space magic) it's easier imho to follow instructions in this vid. Downloadlink in description, replace binkw32.dll, done. |
