Has anyone here played Firefall and actually loved it? I am sad that the company bailed on the game itself, but Anthem really really closely resembles Firefall in a lot of ways. Does anyone else have this same kind of feeling?

Yeah if you notice Anthem wasn't the first to the idea its a much cleaner approach, but its been done before and it's a very fun system to a game.

I am a huge battletech fan The javelins remind me moreso of the innersphere battle armors in a lot of ways though very good touch.

Yeah people often forget that Bioware did Shattered Steal as their first game, then Baldur's Gate in 1998 followed by MDK 2 in 2000 and Baldur's Gate II the same year.

Shattered Steel even had multiplayer (as did BG1, BG2 and NWN). Including story co-op missions support.

Shattered Steel. I may even still have that game sitting somewhere in closet. I so enjoyed nuking my enemies and creating a rather large crater.
