Just was wondering if anyone knows for a fact if communication between team mates is either built in like The Division or will it be push to talk?

Are you on PC? If so, open Origin.
In the top left corner of the GUI is an "Origin" tab/pull down menu. Select "Application Settings"
On that page, the right most tab at the top is "Voice" … select it.
On that page, you can configure your mic, to include whether it is voice activated or push-to-talk.
Also, if you select push-to-talk, you can designate the key you use to activate the mic.
Xbox or PS4 … someone else will have to help you. |

Voice chat is bulit-in, but whether push-to-talk or always on or by proximity (like in Read Dead Online), isn't clear. |
