Hammer? Cudgel? Mace? Personally I can’t decide.
I’ve referred to it as a “lightning hammer” but given the design of the impact area and its size, it strikes me more as a club.

Since there's a component that gives +30% melee and +30% electrical and given that it is a primer I think it's definitely electrical. While you could argue it's both I very much doubt they'd do that.
