I could replay ME1 but I was thinking i could use a Genesis type mod perhaps to make some more choices for my Shep in ME1 to download into 2 and then start there. Skipping a lot of time. My main goal is to play ME2 but i would like other choices like Conor the Fan interactions, different UNC missions completed, crarry over as well. Like make a list of what your ME1 experience would be perfectly and then use that info to launch into ME2.
is that possible?

I think there is a tool from Gibbed or from some famous ME mod maker. Maybe the savegame editor is what you need, i'm not sure. But if i remember correctly its a bit complicated. Don't remember 100% but i think there is a big table in your saved game, with all the variables of your actions, and you must edit that manually. There was a thread about it on the old bioware social forum, but as you know that is deleted.
You can also try to download save games. There was a website for mass effect save games.
