During today multiple debuff stacking testing sessions I've noticed that Armor weakening from two Warps (50%) cast from 2 players removed all armor DR ... Also true for cryo blast (50%) cast from two players - effective armor DR was 0...
Did one more test - only one player Cryo Ammo III (50% armor weakening) and Cryo Blast 50% armor weakening ... Again effective armor DR 0...

Peddroelmz, I think you need to make a summary of this...been following and I have gotten confused myself....From your tests, what would be the answer to the following questions.
1. A turian soldier fires a proximity mine at a target and fires one once again at the target. Do the two proximity mine debuffs stack? (Does the debuff from the same player and same ability stack?)
2. Turian soldier A fires a proximity mine at a target and turian soldier B fires a proximity mine at a the same target. (Do the two mines stack? (do the debuffs from the same class and same source but different players stack?)
3. Turian soldier A fires a proximity mine at a target and geth infiltrator B fires a proximity mine at the same target. Do the two mines stack? (Does the debuff from different classes but same source stack?)
Do the same for Snap freeze....Do multiple snap freezes from the same player stack? if not, test from two different players but same class stack?
Then do the same for same cyro blast and snap freeze working in conjunction....

3 .YES (2 players ;stack same case)
Same for Snap freeze and cryo blast and warp ... Biotic Bubble debuff & tactical scan however will not stack even from multiple players ...Worst case is with Tactical Scan because there is a time interval between removing the old tactical scan and applying the effect of the new one during which the target is not debuffed (never cast tactical scan on top of tactical scan)..

Hmm, I'm a bit annoyed now as you were the one to claim they didn't stack in the first place. Being the guy who actually test this stuff I never second guessed it.
So will my Paladins Cryo Shield stack with his Snap Freeze after all? And don't say no unless you've tested it.

Sorry about that ... My tests on the matter were done solo on SP many mounths ago when my testing methods were not as refined as today ... (had so many things to do test on my to list - armor weakening was no longer priority - I stumbled on it by mistake while testing debuff stacking mechanics - and then had to verify and make it public ...)
About the Cryo Shield stack with Snap Freeze ... They should stack BUT there is this test of Vironblood that shows Cryo Shield armor weakening not working at all
"Cryo Shield 50% armor weakening test on Silver Ravager
Damage after melee:
Observed 5400 - 4455 = 945
Expected 400*(1+0.35)*1.75 = 945 OK
Subsequent PaladinX (with EB V) shot on Ravager
Observed 4455 - 3728.18 = 726.82
Expected 531.1*(1+0.175+0.25) - 30*0.5 = 741.81 not ok
Calculated 531.1*(1+0.175+0.25) - 30 = 726.81 ok
Full penalty armor is applied."
... I might verify this at some point (combined with some other test) for the paladin lovers out there .. Until then - my answer remains they should stack - but the Cryo Shield armor weakening is bugged and doesn't work at all..

Assuming both specced for -50% armor weakening casting both on the same armored target would result in 0 DR ...
The N7 paladin Cryo Shield armor weakening is assumed bugged and not working ...

Curiousity is B.Lee kicking me in the teeth right now. For a while I've "believed" Warp ammo III~IV and the actual Warp ability with R5 Expose + R6 Pierce don't work together. Do you know if this find applies to the warp effects as well?
Also a (few) side questions as well pertaining to your Incendiary ammo + Warp find.
1. Do you know if Warp ammo on a target + incendiary ammo apply the same "broken" Fire DoT effects as Warp (ability) + Incendiary ammo?
2. Do you know if Warp (ability) and the incendiary (Ability), or any other DoT abilities apply the same "broken" DoT effects with Warp R5 expose?
3. Was curious if Tac Scan (QME/I) Applied simular effects to power/weapon damage in forms of DoT. I've had a few eyeballs of serious DoT damage after Tac Scans.

Should work together 0 armored target DR .. Will test eventually .. Even from 2 warp ammo III+ fired from 2 different players should lower target armor DR to 0 for the short ~2.5 second duration both players fire at the armor target in the same time ..

So the extra power damage bonus (TS evolution) works and applies to incinerate ...
~16875 - 15789 = 1086 at impact, rest applied as dot

16875 - 13997.3476 = 2877.6524 (after DOT)
330 * 1.5 * (1+0.2+0.3+0.45)*1.325 * 1.5 + 330 * 1.5 * (1+0.2+0.3+0.45)* 1.325 * 0.5 *1.5 (extra DOT) = 2877.6515 OK - close enough

Casting two incinerates on top of each other TS on
16875 - 11119.6953 = 5755.3047
2877.6524 * 2 = 5755.3048 OK - you can spam incinerate at cooldown (which its lower than its DOT duration) and will still do all the expected damage ...

Note TS debuff will apply to all damage effects including DOT components ... So if//when incendiary ammo bug is in play - it will (should) get amplified by tactical scan ...
