Only question left is will the 4 multiplier also affect ammo consumable damage.. Will have to test is later ..Will also have to lower my DPS because otherwise the gold ravager will not survive ..

7965 - 7898.6479 = 66.3521 // First Charged bullet
(8100 - 7965) / 5 = 27 bullets fired until Charge is up
(180 - 27)/2 = 76,5 bullets fired with charge up (charged up states eats 2 bullets per shot but does 4 times the damage)
Verification
2855.8920 + (77 * 66.35200) + (27 * 5) = 8099.996 OK
See for clarification (vs Gold Ravager 8100 Armor 50 DR)
It skips some frames but -first 27 bullets in uncharged state do less than 50 damage so will only inflict 5 points of damage each ..Past that the weapon eats 2 bullets per shot and each bullet does ~66.3521) damage ... Ravager is left with 2855.8920 when the 180 weapon clip goes empty ...

What I wanna know: How does it fare vs. armor DR and shield gating, how ammo powers affects it, and an observation:
The gun has a RoF (from what I've seen) of 800
The charge time stat I have is 2 seconds
2 seconds * 800 (rounds/minute) / (60 seconds/minute) = 26.6(repeated) bullets fired in the warm up time. Seems to me like that 27th bullet won't ever get off in time to be subject to the "warm-up" period. This fits in nicely as with a clip of 100 or a clip of 180, the remaining clip is an even number resulting in the clip degrading completely (until you get it to rank X with a clip of 125, where it is no longer even)
180 - 26 = 154 ammo remaining by the time the modifier kicks in, which leaves 77 more shots at the increased amount. Dunno if this is any different from what you said and calculated above, but if you didn't consider this it might account for that... "0.004" margin of error you got, that or the fact that you truncated some data for ease of calculations would do so... just my 5 cents.

How Does it fare vs Armor DR ??!?!
Test is performed against gold ravager 50 DR ... You can see how damage is calculated .. Cold shots (with the
skills/consumables used) didn't get past the 50 threshold and inflicted minimum damage 5 ... Hot/charged shots went past it (50 point of damage substracted per shot as expected ) ...
How does it fare vs Shield Gate ??
Its a low damage per shot high rof auto weapon ... Shield gate mostly irrelevant .. (at most will lose damage for 1 shot to shielgate // 75% of it with the lowered shield gate)
Its not 26 cold shots .. Its 27 ... Damage calculations would not add up otherwise ..
Damage difference between cold and hot shot is 66.352 - 5 = 61.352
Compare 61.352 to the 0.004 margin of error ..
While not tested yet - it has very similar mechanics with the typhoon which means the *4 charge multiplier will also apply to ammo power damage..

The PPR does scale with ROF, I tested with marksman and it shot more cool shots before heatup. Essentially you will do less damage overall but deal it faster.
