GPS does the same ammo damage regardless of charge level .. But only the centre projectile applies ammo damage ... The base damage from the coalesced.ini (Cyonan's weapon table) is used to calculate the % damage for the GPS ammo damage.

Kishock - charge level has no influence on ammo damage (% of full listed weapon damage)

Graal &Arc Pistol - charge level applies to ammo damage (*2 for charged graal respectively *2 and *3 for arc pistol (semi/fully charged) )

And a continuous (proportional with charge time) type of charge multiplier that applies at a later point in the damage formula and ONLY affects actual weapon damage (not ammo). (GPS, Kishook)
Weapons with this kind of charge multiplier will only APPLY ammo damage ONCE PER SHOT (based on base_weapon damage) AND NOT FOR EACH PROJECTILE ...
(for those weapons make no sense to call ammo damage based on charged or uncharged damage - like all ammo damage is based on base weapon damage that is not affected by the continuous type of charge modifier)

- Charge Mod for weapons with continuous ChargeMods (GPS, Kishok)

GPS "continuous" range from *(0.45 to 1) - only applies once (not for every projectile)
Kishook "continuous range" from *(1 to 1.75)
