With Biotic Sphere:

750-100-579.5=60.5 damage per tick

Calculation

100*(1+.1)*1.1=121 DPS. Per tick will do half that or 60.5.

Conclusion:

Biotic Sphere debuff is multiplicative to powers.

Conclusion: Biotic sphere debuff applies to ammo powers as well
