I believe I have to redo the entire final level, as I don't have a save early enough to rescue the ending. I thought I had all the necessary things for the additional dialogue choice, but it doesn't look like I do. If not, I already know which one I have to grab, it's at the beginning of the final level. Unfortunately, there's no way to check which ones I have because they're not in the codex.
I've been trying to find a way to know if I have unlocked it, but I can't find any information. Pretty much every online source just says "extra dialogue choice" without detailing how I know if I've actually obtained it.
For example, I could probably figure it out if someone can tell me what the actual text of the dialogue is, as I'll be able to see if it's one of my available choices.

Here is a Reddit Article I found for the dialogue option I believe you are talking about. It shows the location of all four and the dialogue. If you unlock it the dialogue was an option on the upper left of the dialogue wheel, but dialogue options can shift in my experience as you go through the options. Conversation

If you unlock it the dialogue was an option on the upper left of the dialogue wheel, but dialogue options can shift in my experience as you go through the options. ConversationI actually read that one without noticing the video link. I did later find a flow chart of the dialogue, and the only option I was missing was listed as requiring low relationship with Solas, so I'm guessing I have actually unlocked it. Normally, special options all have a specific dialogue icon. The top-left icon for that choice is the icon for the elven inquisitor's racial knowledge, and I happened to be playing the elven inquisitor. I mistakenly assumed it was an elven lore choice instead of a special one. Unfortunately, but the time I found that out, I had spent long enough looking it up that I could have just replayed the final mission and it would have been faster. : p

the only option I was missing was listed as requiring low relationship with Solas, I'm not sure if you are already aware of this but there is a fair bit of dialogue with Solas in the main game that you only get if you have low approval. I've only ever seen it on You Tube but in some ways I find it preferable to his patronising approval and also at times far more revealing about him. This is why the only stuff I take at face value in Trespasser is what he says to an Inquisitor who opts for the short version of his monologue (also only ever seen on You Tube).
