So, I just finished a run through DA:O where my Warden, a female human mage named Rebecca, died striking the killing blow against the Archdemon. I got a short scene with Alistair returning to court and speaking at the Warden's funeral, but then it went into the epilogue slides and crashed. Went back, killed the Archedemon again, same thing - no problem with the cutscenes, but it crashes during the slideshow. Seems odd that my computer has no problems with all the action and cutscenes, but can't handle a slideshow, but whatever.
I *think* the game might have created an import file for DA2, in that I see a file called "Rebecca.story" with a date/time stamp from right before the crash. Is that sufficient for import purposes? And if not, is there a variable editor for DA2 so that I can make the necessary adjustments rather than using one of the pre-packaged scenarios?
(On a related note, does DA2 actually import anything from Awakening? I know there are variables from Awakening in the Keep, but I can't recall if any of them impacted DA2 at all or if they're only there for Inquisition and potentially Dreadwolf.)

There is at least one DA2 quest dependent on DAA ('Finding Nathaniel'). Pre the DA wiki, the save import also checks the plot flag for whether Amaranthine or Vigil's Keep was saved, and whether the Architect lived or died. The latter choice is referenced in Anders' dialogue, during Legacy.
