I know that in Mass Effect 1 you can max out both Paragon and Renegade bars. I want my Shepard to be a Renegon, with the Renegade ebar at 100% and the Paragon bar just high enough to get the Besieged Base mission. As for the Ending, I want the Renegade one with the Red Planet in the background, but I've heard conflicting reports on how this works. I know the Council has to die, but their is a Renegade version and a Paragon version of this ending, one in the presidium, and the other in the darker room ( I think the citadel tower). I want to darker ending. Some have said that it's based on which bar maxes out first, but others have said it depends on which bar maxes out last. So, which one is it?
