Has anyone noticed that the party in single player somehow gets "improvements" that are only available in multiplayer?
Essentially, icons keep appearing on the right-hand side of the ZITHER bar.
Does anyone know what triggers them?

Does any of your mages have Encore staff equipped? It has a chance on hit to give those buffs.

My mage has a staff that roughly translates as follows: "On hit: chance to strengthen attacks from allies within a radius of 8 metres"
It is a green icon and two diffrent dark white icons.
