Here's a few of mine.
DA:O--I always pick Harrowmont in my Keep states. In game, I couldn't pick him. My first character was a Casteless and my second was a dwarf noble.
DA2: I never kill Anders while playing DA2. I did it once, felt horrible and reloaded. In the Keep he stays dead no matter the world state. I don't want to kill him on screen but I'm not letting that brat prince Sebastian invade Kirkwall.
I also have trouble convincing Merrill to destroy the eluvian while I'm playing the game. I also keep it destroyed in most of my world states. I did so before playing Trespasser and now it seems like a great idea.

I also keep it destroyed in most of my world states. I did so before playing Trespasser and now it seems like a great idea. Vex Hawke as a sociopath who killed literally everyone that could be killed and encouraged other people to kill people too. When he killed Anders, I cried. I actually really enjoyed playing an insane person in the end, became more of a Dexter character, but he will never be used in the Keep. I'm never going to sacrifice the chargers. I'm never going to give Fenris to slavery. Neer going to make Alistair a drunk or dead. Hmm, getting off topic. Sometimes I RP my Warden as being against the killing of Marjolaine. But I think she should be dead and it's an irrelevant choice anyway, so in the Keep she is always dead. The first time I played DA2, I had to kill Fenris because not enough points. As I immediately then went to play DAI, I changed the Keep to say he was alive and well. Which was cheating haha he's never died since... My first two times of playing DAI, I hadn't played Legacy. So, one of them got a "sided with Larius" and the other got Janeka. Other than a gender/name change it was exactly the same dialogue. Let me think some more

It's funny because I just loaded another save through the keep last night! I thought about changing some things around that I didn't actually do, but I just couldn't do it! It kind of felt like cheating to me. If I can't bring myself to do something in a game (not romance Alistair, kill Anders, etc) then I can't even click the option, either.

Mostly, I do not "cheat" in the Keep. I like my world states, but maybe I will create one different.

I have enough playthroughs that I've explored most of the major choices in the games. That said, like most I have a small number of characters/choices that I consider "canon". I will try different combinations in the Keep just to see what they're like for the "just for fun" playthroughs though (which I often don't even finish).

No, but mostly don't remember which warden or hawke did what cause done so many. So I pick a name and select from what I've done. So far selected what I like the best from DAO & DA2 the most and want to see in DAI. The DA:O is old enough, and my first Warden also (I created him when the game released...). Later I replayed DA:O and DA2 too.

Another one: I think that even though I will play with Sebastian from now on, to fluff up the content of DA2, that for most DAI games if not all but one, I will just put that I never met him in the Keep. I didn't know who he was my first two play throughs so he feels less a part of my World of Thedas. I don't want to deal with the fallout of my not killing Anders repeatedly.

I would do it if I missed the chance to do certain quests along the journey and after looking extensively at their background in order to give me an idea of the proper choice I would consider picking at that time.

I can never see a good reason for siding with the Dragon Cult in Origins. They are so obviously nuts, even a greedy Warden wouldn't make deals with them because you can't know they're even capable of following through. For all you know, they will give you all the invisible gold you want. PRobably never going to stab Morrigan.
Now that I've gotten to know Jowan, I will always put in the Keep that he was sent away even if I actually did the blood sacrifice."Being a Hero Suits you." Has so much win.
I think I'll probably always put that I smashed the Anvil in the Keep, even if I didn't that play through.
Haven't played it this way yet, but if it goes the way I think it does, I think I'll side Templars permanently in the Keep in Origins. Because you can side with them while not killing everyone if you pick the right dialogue choices.
For a lot of the side quests of all the games, I recognize that not only am I a moderate completionist...but that these side quests are how one earns money. So, a Warden may do Ignaicio's assasinations even though I RP that they actually didn't because of moral high ground or hates mages or what have you. Same for the crime wave, the mage's collective, the blackstone irregulars, etc.

For the most part, what I've imported are actual game states. Exceptions: I've imported a fake Hawke a couple of times for Fade bait. I have left actual Hawkes behind though, including in my first DAI game. I created a completely fake world state of both DAO/DA2 where as many people as possible were dead. I won't ever actually play a game like that since 1) I don't like missing content and 2) I have a hard time being cruel in a game. I can be hardass, bitter, sarcastic, pragmatic, etc. but I can't kill people just for fun (ok, except that 1 merc guy in ME2). I hated my Hawke who sided with the Templars enough times to get the achievement. She romanced Sebastian.

No not yet. I've got 4 worlds encompassing most choices, as I want to live through it if I choose it in the Keep. Once I'm done with the last world I'll then feel more free to experiment, but for now I have this strange urge to play through every choice or I'm 'cheating'. Stupid I know. Which means creating some interesting characters who can do the 'bad' things and still be likeable.

Generally, when I do a playthrough I'll always pick corresponding choices in the Keep. However, I do create different World States for "imaginary playthroughs", for choices I haven't done in the game. Have never executed Alistair or Anders, never annulled Ferelden Circle or sided with Meredith in DA2 but I do have created some Keep files for that just to see if it effects anything in DA:I. I do tend to create one character whose supposed to be a scumbag and explore all the options I don't really want to BUT I usually end up failing these playthroughs. They might start alright but then the roleplaying takes over and they end up developing during the story, being only part-douchebags in the end. Thus I resort to creating messed up World States. (Like, holy shit! Hawke siding with the Templars, then allowing Circle mage Bethany to be executed. Or romancing Leliana, then "killing" her after defiling the ashes of Andraste.)

I have only spared Loghain once and then he willingly did the ultimate sacrifice. However, I though it might be interesting to see his interaction with Morrgian and Kieran if he did the dark ritual, so I changed that in the Keep before one of my DAI runs.
I think the most alteration will probably take place regarding my DAI world states. Initially my Dorian romance didn't transfer correctly to the Keep, so I had to alter the outcome manually. Certain other side quests, like the one with the Crew didn't record in the Keep either, so I had to do that manually as well.
Then there is the Temple of Solassan quest that requires you to look through all those occulara in order to locate the shards. When I discovered how they were made I had moral objections to using them. However, since the quest was recorded in the Keep, I thought it must be important, so I took the trouble to find all the shards, only to find the final destination somewhat underwhelming. I cannot see how it is meant to be important in the grand scheme of things. So all subsequent run throughs I have steadfastly ignored those damned singing skulls but I shall alter the Keep to say that I did complete the quest (just in case it does have some significance down the line).

Generally I stay true to my playthroughs. I think I have inadvertently made wrong choices though. I set up my first worldstate from a somewhat dizzy memory and there were some things I couldn't really recall.

Usually I stay true to my playthroughs, which are all pretty similar given my tendancies towards making 'good' choices, preserving companions and supportive towards mages.
The only time I edit things in the Keep is if I make a mistake or miss something out that could effect my DAI playthrough. That's pretty rare though by now.

I've actually discovered choices I didn't know I could make because of the Keep. Letting Loghain live is not something I will ever do in game again. I did it once and promptly reloaded a save before the Landsmeet after letting Loghain do the US just so I could get an achievement.

I made an entire world state out of choices that I would never pick ingame and I love being able to do so without actually having to play the first two games again. Said world state is called "As bad as it gets" and I picked all the -what I consider to be- bad choices.
I also love being able to create random world states and let the game surprise me.

I think the only major thing I changed is if Kieran exists or not. Given the OGB's potential importance in the future, I wanted to have at least one world where Kieran existed even though I never played DA:O.
I don't even touch the DA:2 tiles. Meanwhile my DA:I tiles are pretty true to the playthrough they are (supposed) to represent. But I often find that I have to go in and change them manually because the system can't do it properly.

Once I've done my 100% playthrough on my main canon worldstate I tend to skip sidequests (I have about 10 worldstates... too many hours!), but I still want my characters to have 'made' those choices, so I tend to use the keep to alter sidequest choices. But main story choices? Nah, I don't touch those, unless I dun goofed or came back to and old character and realised "nah they would never do this". A lot of people surprisingly enough make their "terrible-choices" worldstates in the keep. You're missing all of the bloody, murderous, psychopathic fun!
