Exactly how does the ai respond? Will they go and cast revival, even as the collar revives the party member, or did bioware code it so they won't when kitty's collar does proc?
Anyone who is able to test this (or already has, bc I'm sure I'm not the only one to wonder this), please let me know.

I don't know, haven't tested it myself nor read of anyone who has. That said, when the 75% to heal half health procs, there's no delay, it happens instantly. I don't even think the death animation happens, though that could be because I missed it -- I usually put Kitty's Collar on the Iron Bull rather than wear it on my own PC, so if I don't see him take the fatal blow, I wouldn't know about it. That's no guarantee the code won't do something dumb, but it could also be that they coded the proc to happen instantly to avoid race conditions like AI Revival.
On the other hand, the AI will merrily double-cast Barrier on the same character, so there's definitely precedent for the AI doing dumb things.

Not that I've noticed. From my observation it works like Lifeward. I think they have a protective shield around them as they near falling in battle and they just instantly revive. I sometimes equip it on my companions but I don't always catch what the others are doing, so I'm not 100% on whether or not a mage tries to revive or not. From what I remember, the person wearing the collar is not able to use a healing potion if the "lifeward" animation is active on them. Even though I play on NM, I still mostly let the others free range and do their own thing. I mostly only take control to spell purge or dispel.
