I've been trying for a while now to link my EA account to my PSN account. My EA account is already linked to my (old) Xbox live account which I no longer use, as I traded in my Xbox 360 for a PS4. The PSN ID that I set up is identical to my old Xbox live account - same name, same email address.
I have played EA games on my PS4. I have logged into the EA website and followed the guidance there. All to no avail. I had an EA advisor (in the US - I'm in the UK) talking me through the process online and it still didn't give me the option to link the two accounts.
I'm getting frustrated and worried as I don't think my rewards for completing the Andromeda Initiative training videos will end up on my PSN account, so I won't get the Pathfinder Helmet. I have signed up for the ME:A multiplayer beta for PS4 but I'm concerned I won't even be able to play that if my accounts aren't linked.
Has anyone else had the same problem, and if you managed to fix it what did you do? The EA website is practically useless and just keeps sending me in a loop when I try to follow their instructions.
Any help in this matter gratefully received!
Thanks
