Krogan Shaman Discussion, aka why some BSNer's are doing it wrong

In the Difficulty you play most thread, there was a bit of a derailment discussing the Krogan Shaman. I found some interesting insights into how some of you play the kit, and I think you may be missing out on the funniest kit in the game due to Max/Min.

Barrier should always be maxed out, for Radius, Recharge and Power Recharge. It is the only power you really need, and the only one that makes me laugh my face off. Traditional Rank 6 Warp, go to 4 on Shockwave and Passives, and max Melee for melee damage. Kalence Build

Just run around spamming Barrier, meleeing everything that moves, and laughing like a Krogan in-game and IRL.

This is not the optimal way to play this kit. For me, this or a variation is just too fun to miss.

46664 with wraith.Passives for weapon damage.Warp,bam-bam and if the enemy is still alive,then shockwave. He is a monster and can be played in a many ways.

Of course, all kits can be played for maximum carnage, or maximum fun, or whatever you like.

Wraith is too obvious, I use it on too many kits as it is. If you want the shottie omniblade, you could use Scimitar or Eviscerator. I prefer Talon, as I no longer over-use that gun and it seems like a fit to me.

This is definitely not a "You're doing it wrong" post. It is a, hey, try spamming Barrier like a mad Krogan and backslap the map post.

I did iirc one time with some friends long-long time ago on silver. But we also used melee, so not really only barrier. Full team gold game might be actually quite difficult.
