There's a chantry sister standing outside one of the houses near where the hut where the PC slept. As you walk by, she always says "Walk safely, Herald of Andraste." You also see a dialog bubble pop up, but it doesn't let you talk to her. Can't help but think there was some unfinished business there on the part of the developers... (Or has anyone succeeded in talking to her?)
Also, there's a chantry sister talking to a mage outside of Flissa's tavern about religion and politics. The mage appears to be a woman but the voice is male. Minor error by developers?
Just some minor details I missed before or took for granted...

There are a few NPCs sprinkled throughout the game that are the wrong gender for their voices.
One amusing example is in Val Royeaux, where a female dwarf speaks with a male Orlesian voice and her masked Orlesian friend speaks with her regular American voice.

Yep! Happens to me too. No idea what was meant to be said, but you can't interact with that bubble. I also had that issue with Varric at the end of the game. Sometimes I just can't talk to him.

Outside of Haven, some questions I should've asked about Redcliffe long time ago. First, after you enter Redcliffe after sealing the time-warped rift, you see a bunch of Ferelden soldiers there. What are they doing there if the Venatori have taken over Redcliffe? You would think with soldiers available, Teagan would've fought rather than fled.
Also, you talk to the pro-mage priest. It appears to be understood between her and the PC that most of the chantry clergy have left Redcliffe. She says it's because the Venatori forced them out. Yet you look around, and there are plenty of sisters about and at least one other priest. Miscue between the programmers and the scriptwriters?
Is there any one spot where BW answered questions like this?

Or rather, a pre-Venatori Redcliffe. This is what I'm seeing now upon first entering Redcliffe after the arrival of the Venatori: Ferelden soldiers and plenty of clergy despite the Venatori presence. I suppose the developers didn't think this through.

While fighting rogues at the Western Approach, some of them speak in female voices though the bodies were clearly male.
