Reaction to Dragonborn's Storm shout at Haven?

So ignore the Dragons flying around, that's a storm call shout for those unfamiliar with Skyrim. I'm writing a fanfiction, curently Dragonborn appeared at Haven during the Venatori attack and just summoned this against Corripheus and his minions after crushing the front gate with a Force shout. 

The people over at the Inquisition have no idea who the guy is or what he just did, he literally fell out of the sky in a pillar of light. In your own mind how would Inquisition members react to seeing this, from regular people, down to Maxwell, Cassandra, Cullen, Leliana, Solas and others.  How do you think Venatori and Corripheus would react? 

Of course you don't need to write answers for everyone, you might as well just put into words your ideas for a certain character's reaction to seeing this unfold. Good ones will get a shout-out and with your permission I might use it as a basis for my writing. If you want I can PM you with the link to the story once I publish it
