Will your Ryder use N7 armor?

Probably not, unless it has the best stats. But N7 was kinda Shep's thing. New hero, new outfit.
Not voting, since I won't use it, but my ideal april fool's prank for this forum would be to add "lore" to the word filter, so can't go for the "I respect lore" option.

I mean if it looks cool, why not? Can always just recolor it to mostly hide the fact its "N7" anyway.

It seems.. inappropriate to wear it. N7 patch is earned, they are a highly select elite group. You don't just slap something bearing N7 on it just because the armor belonged to a family member. Shepard earned the N7 patch.. Ryder's father earned the N7 patch... Vega in ME3 earned his. Unless the N7 rank is issued to kid Ryder at some point in the story it seems extremely wrong for them to pose as a N7 soldier.

I'll prob stick with the main armor they've shown in the videos so far. Though I'm gonna change it to black and blue instead of white, same with the casual stuff

It does seem a bit odd to me. I'm just going to wait and see how it plays out, if it just magically appears in the closet or it gets mentioned in-game. We've had weirder things like the Dragon Age and Cerberus armor.

I want a "No. I never really liked N7 armor and miss Goliath X" response.

Not really, only an N6 can earn an N7 Designation. Ryder's haven't even earned N1 yet.

Who awards it, though? The body that has the authority to award it is left on another galaxy.

Our Father. Through unforseeen circumstances it is passed on to us. N7 is a symbol and it is earned. The game is a test. Can we find a new home? Can we resolve the Kett conflict? This is how we become N7. Like I said, it's more than a special designation, it's a symbol. Some may not understand.
