This is a little confusing to read, but I assume OP is upset about the North American release date being the 21st and the rest of the world getting it the 23rd.
Well, Canada gets it when the USA does, too, so not exactly a Trump or USA-exclusive thing. This really boils down to a very old, outdated custom of when stores would get their new merchandise deliveries... which differs between the North American continent and everyone else. It's antiquated and totally dumb in a very digital world, but it's hardly to keep anyone else down.
